He's justifying immoral and criminal acts and saying it's okay because other people have been immoral and criminal themselves in history.

What equality are you talking about? What rights, what freedoms are being denied anyone in this country? (Excluding the unconstitutional lock down orders.) We have long had equality but suddenly the goal posts have been changed to "equity and justice'. Not the same as equality and considered special treatment by many. Consider the number of race specific programs, grants, associations and hiring quotas based solely on minority status it sounds like the cries of those given advantages denied others. The demands for more free stuff is openly socialism and Americans have never been terribly hot on the idea of being forced to share at gunpoint.
