We are all the same in terms of the law. So why include "people of color" in there as an exception? Its a very simple question that you've made a point to dodge and you know it.

Look, man, can we put an end to this game? I get your point. Many races are included in the exemption. All races that can be considered "of color" are exempt from the mask requirement (if they feel, or claim to feel threatened). We have already agreed that white people are not considered people of color, so can you now admit that the exemption does not include white people?

Nothing to admit. I never said that particular exemption did not exempt whites.

Whites are not excluded from the other exemptions.

I said that the exemption was a bad idea. Mostly for health reasons but also because it would result in reactions such as this thread.

If the white one has a medical condition which precludes or is exacerbated by the wearing of a mask, or if the white one is under the age of 12, or if the white one has a disability which prevents use of a mask, they are not breaking the rules.
