I reckon ufos, may be taking advantage of increased drone traffic.

They are made in China LED kites.
They come in many different LED configurations.

There's also A triangle UFO video going around that shows 2 rows of blue lights in the night sky.
It was filmed over Texas.
That video is also one of those kites.
