What's been happening in abattoirs is a disaster .
It's bad enough that the news media are not allowed to tell you why it's happening.

Animals come in , they're infected with corona .
Abattoir workers let the blood and cut them up , the virus spreads to them . The meat goes to meat packers and spread the virus still further .

Workers go home or out into the wider environment and infect family and community . Disease kicks in and intense clusters are formed . Further spread into animal populations occurs , and when those carcasses are harvested , the cycle starts over .

This is one of clear dangers of a zoonotic pandemic pathogen . It's clearly a nightmare scenario .
Not only causing illness and death it attacks the food chain too. An unprecedented catastrophe .

The chicken factory in the UK in Anglesey , along with many other meat establishments across the world have also been hit this way : large scale outbreaks . In fact the processors there deals with two thirds of the UK's chicken supply .

Cook all meat products thoroughly , and be extra extra careful of handling raw meat . Also cook eggs past being liquid yolked .

If the media were allowed to reveal this , what would
happen to the meat industry of many , perhaps all countries ? It's thought there would be firstly mass animal culls . Don't forget affected animals would not have any immunity either it being a novel zoonotic pandemic pathogen , regardless of if they show symptoms or suffer .

What else might happen ?

From the media. It's been out there for a while, the latest story about the 1,000 here from June 18th.

Is something wrong?
She said
Of course there is
You're still alive
She said
Oh do I deserve to be?
Is that the question?
And if so, if so
Who answers?
Who answers?

I, I, I'm still alive
Yeah, yeah I, oh, I'm still alive
Yeah, yeah I, oh, I'm still alive
Yeah, yeah I, oh, I'm still alive

Sorry DoctorBluechip. Despite your doom porn, Most everyone is still alive. Makes you wonder what’s your heart’s desire?

We had a couple of meat plants with large outbreaks as well, but it turned out that the workers work way too tight together, not enough extra constant cleaning ...

I haven’t heard of problems lately

How dare you quote as if this account provided that stupid little ditty , to cast aspersions over intent .
If you're at risk you're far better off knowing the extent of that risk , and the means of risk avoidance, which is what you've had communicated .
Don't ever do that again

Yet, I am still alive and posting. And I didn’t social distance at a funeral and bar three weekends ago. Oh gasp.

Rather live human and die human than be whatever this new “normal” is.

Animal's are NOT immune to covid 19, dog's and cat's can catch it also and also potentially spread it.

Over here in Britain on the welsh island of Anglesey in a chicken factor over 350 workers have just been confirmed to be infected, either it came from a co-worker or they contracted it from the chickens' they process there?.
