Little, Big by John Crowley. It's the North American answer to One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Garcia Marquez, which I also love. Any and all by
these two writers.
Anything by William Gibson. They are all brilliant.
The entire catalogue of Margaret Atwood. Pick any of hers up, open it, and you will be enthralled.
All the of the Bronte sisters works.
Non fiction I recommend Joseph P Farrell. He has a huge catalog.
Walter Bosley has some great titles in alternative history.
Of course there is more. This is just off the top of my head.
