I'm going to do something I have never done.

Make a prediction.

I think Trump is going to get spanked here like the Rebel flag at a NASCAR race.

Don't really care about his taxes at this point. But will be entertaining to watch him and his administration implode.

I'll make a prediction too.

Yet another nothingburger.

Two Points:

1. If there was anything of substance they would have already leaked.

2. The supreme court will vote against releasing his financial records.

BUT Not the Large Backlog of Second Amendment Cases ? Selective Enforcement of the Law ? The SCOTUS is Negligent in their Duties and should be Reprimanded by WE THE PEOPLE !

So, just how do we the people reprimand the supreme court? The only way to get them off the bench is by congress impeaching them and, at the moment our congress couldnt impeach a fly off the wall.
Besides, the republicans worked hard for that conservative majority on the court. If they ain't towing the trump line, maybe the problem isnt with the conservative court as much as it is with the trump administration?

Bet if those returns had any "meat" somebody on the inside IRS would have leaked them years ago.

The Jealousy is always "clad" with cubic zirconia 😀

Maxine Waters, chairman of the (formerly) prestigious House Finance Committee, received thousands of pages of Trump business financial records from 4 international banks between March 2019 and Sept 2019.

Either the hateful-heifer couldn't find a thing to whine about, or she couldn't understand the accounting, due to too much complexity.

She is probably bitching about how Trump’s accountants get him all the LEGAL tax loopholes afforded to large businesses.
She wants a cut of the action.

To those saying "there's nothing there" re: the Trump tax statements/returns.

That makes zero sense considering the lengths to which Trump and Co. are going to not release them (even after saying in the past they would): appeal upon appeal all the way to the SCOTUS. If one is not scared of discovery one does not go to such lengths to keep something from being exposed.

There's something there all right, but what it is remains the mystery, whether illegal, or sources of (foreign) loans and income, etc.

Simple logic.

Trump doesn't want his tax returns released because he doesn't want people to know he is not a rich as he says. It is all ego driven.

Waters is jealous because she's only been able to skim $3 million from illicit deals. Her California colleagues Feinstein and Pelosi have done 10 times better.

It’s also simple logic that if there is something “there”, it would have already come out in the 50 or 60 years he has been filing taxes.
The IRS has had all of his tax filings, are you trying to tell us that the IRS hasn’t been doing their job all that time?
And exactly what is illegal about loans or whatever from foreign sources?
If he has something like that and the IRS signed off on them, it should be good enough for you deranged Leftists.

Without watching the video, can you explain why this is a court case?

Is it just about Trump releasing his records?

Do you have a link to a REAL article ?
Or is this from the past 100 attempts to gain Trump's tax returns ?
Isn't it said that one sign of mental disorder is to keep trying something that fails over and over again hoping for different results ?

That's where I differ..at any time.

It seems the supreme court is looking at the Trump tax historical record, and anything in there that might be yet undisclosed, perhaps before, or even after Trump became an American President, arguably not two different issues, if there was continuity of a system of concealment, and whatever ramifications that could imply.

Remember when Maddow got his 2005 return.
It showed he had $150 million income that year and paid $38 million in taxes...about 25% tax rate.
It pretty much blew up in her stupid face.
150 large per year is really nothing to sneeze at eh?
Over 40 years that’s $6 billion...does he have 6 billion?..probably not but he has had plenty of money.

The argument made in the video, by the Trump lawyers, is that he is immune from discovery due to being president.

Sotomayor reminds the Trump Atty, these records are BEFORE he became president. And it is to be released to a third party (NY DA office).

Only under court subpoena verified by the judge.
The D.A. has NO authority otherwise.
And , since the IRS is and has examined them , there would be no need .
GRANDSTANDING by a ridiculous liberal D.A. looking for reappointment .
It's New York
