Trump emerges from bunker to hold up a Bible outside church in photo op

This doesn't happen everyday ?!

Trump comes out of his bunker , walks direct out of the white house and across a park , has load of protesters tear gassed out of the way in front of him , and then stands outside a boarded up Episcopal church ... to hold up a Bible for a press photo opportunity ...surrounded by smoke !!

What in the actual F is going on please ?

It's not so much the holding of the Bible. It's that Trump used the authorities to attack peaceful protesters so he could take this pointless photo-op.

But please explain to all of us how Trump's need to take a ridiculous picture supersedes the First Amendment.

That's wrong. Trump was never known as a heavy Christian guy like pence. Photo OP's with the bible. Evangelical prayers with pastors on video.

So you have no problem with the President deploying the National Guard against US citizens who weren't breaking the law so he can fluff his ego?

If the president is moving you have to get the hell out of the way, period.
It doesn't matter if he's going to McDonald's, the secret service has full legal authority to clear you out.
