The Times of India reports that findings from a study using hydroxychloroquine on healthcare workers shows positive, DRAMATIC effect.

According to the findings published in the Indian Journal of Medical Research, consumption of four or more maintenance doses was associated with a significant decline (>80%) in the risk of Covid-19 infection among the ‘participants’.

For those who want to deny that the President and his physician have a modicum of intelligence, get a brain. The whole world has been using this stuff for quite some time. You haven't heard of it cuz you don't get around much but malaria is a problem abroad, or in other parts of the world, in case you don't understand what that means.

So back on topic:

A quick search shows this data is hard to find
scholar.google.com...

direct tile search
scholar.google.com...,5&as_vis=1&q=indian+journal+of+medical+research+HCQ+and+PPE+used+together+cut+Covid+risk+by+80%25

Furthermore the link on the brief article point directly back to the Times of India. So lacking actual data its kind of hard to evaluate these claims at all.

Also its a bit counter intuitive no? If you are wearing proper PPE then you cut your risk tremendously so its like saying that taking vitamin C and using a condom prevents gonorrhea 80% of the time and giving the credit to vitamin C

You can repost in the Mud Pit to capture the political aspects of it. However, the medical aspects would still make an interesting debate once we can get the actual data they are using
