Top-notched journalist JOHN SOLOMON says with Covid-19 infiltrating the White House, President Trump and Vice-President Pence could come down with the virus. The door would then be opened for Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to take charge of our nation.

The White House’s internal challenge with coronavirus has brought the official presidential line of succession into the forefront.

According to the Presidential Succession Act of 1947, the line of succession would go from President Trump to Vice President Mike Pence to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to Senate President Pro Tempore Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and then Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The Constitution states that “in Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.”

Congress has the authority under the Constitution to designate the government officials in the presidential line of succession. Congress amended the order of succession under President Harry S. Truman when it passed the Presidential Succession Act of 1947 designating the speaker of the House and Senate president pro tempore as the formal line of succession after the vice president.

Most people think of a U.S. President dying, before the Vice-President can take over. But if both are incapacitated by Covid-19, like the UK's Boris Johnson was, Nancy Pelosi would be President, for at least a few days.

The question is, would Pelosi yield the Presidency back to Trump or Pence when one of them recovers sufficiently?

Or, will temp President Pelosi find a way to make sure neither of them ever recover? (Those who say, "Nah... Pelosi would never do that!", have not been paying close attention to the Democrat party over the past 4 years.)

If Nancy Pelosi assumed the Presidency and "invented" a way to keep herself in that office, should Americans then rise up and have her removed?

But would all republicans sue in court to prevent her doing anything 0h well apart from the obvious pay raise she'll grant them all.

Actually, the PR arm of the Democrat party (The American Media) were the ones that first put that out when Trump closed air travel from China in January.

Temp President Pelosi would most likely make her Cali buddy ADAM SCHIFF Speaker of the House. Lawsuits would take months to reach the Supreme Court, most likely.

The Covid-19 HOAX is a multi-faceted tool, like those Army soldiers once carried. Covid-19 can slash or stab or screw or bury, depending on what the need is at the time.

Things move so fast that most people forget Pelosi frankly, matter-of-factly telling a reporter, "Trump will not be President in November 2020".
