I don't make the rules, don't blame me. One side got intellectually lazy because for years all they had to do was cry "racist!" when they were losing an argument. That doesn't work anymore, and they forgot how to make rational points, so a lot of them have simply quit.

She said her boyfriend was very controlling and demanded she do as he told her, all the time. She had no independence at all.
Now my friend is a very strong person and she said they had numerous arguments, some very heated.
On a couple of occassions during these arguments he drove her to what she described as the 'rough parts' of Kingston - we are both products of English council estates so she's not easily intimidated - and he dumped her there, kicked her out of the car and just left her stranded with no phone and very little money.
She said she got nothing but abuse from absolutely everyone there; young, old, male, female...everyone.
When she approached the police she was told to go away and get out of their area.
She told me that she had never encountered such hatred ever, even in some of the more 'unenlightened' parts of the UK.

Her crime?
She is half caste.

She came home after the second time this happened, I told her I was amazed she gave the guy a second chance.

We still talk every now and then and she is very happy living in London with a new partner with whom she has two children.
She has told me several times that of course she's experienced racism from white and Asian people but she says nothing compares to that shown her in Jamaica and when I pressed her once she said she'd experienced it once or twice over here from Black people as well.

Not really relevant to Obama and this thread....I just thought some people might find it interesting.

I live in the deep south of the US. I can guarantee you that black racism is the harshest, most prevalent racism in this country. There are clubs and barber shops were you will not only not be served, you will be beaten and robbed and kicked to the streets. White, latino, Asian, hell, even lighter skinned blacks and mixed race blacks get that treatment.

If they see a confrontation and the police get involved. They will band together and just make # up to get the non black incarcerated.

It bad down here with that. Weve had thousands of northern transplants come down for work, and everyone I talk to is completely caught of guard when the accidentally go to the wrong building or drive through the wrong neighborhood.

But yeah, everyone should trust these professors who decided all this power plus prejudice 3p nonsense.

Come live in the south and try that #. You'll get a homemade knife wound real quick for your mistake of not knowing where you are.

No baby pictures which is the pride and joy of every mother especially during that era. Where are those pictures. I am slightly younger but have tons of them. Where are those pictures. Point of order; according to his father and his father's religion BHO2 was born a Muslim. He was raised with an appreciation for the Muslim/Islam culture. That does not mean BHO2 considers himself a Muslim.

We know he was a member of the Trinity Church in Chicago (meaning he became a Protestant Christian), so it's always confused my why the extreme muslim world never labeled him an apostate.

Regardless, I've never seen any action from BHO2 that made me think he was anything other than an atheist or agnostic who practices a type of secular christianity for raising his children.
