Yes, it's just the most recent, in an ever-growing list of examples, as to why Joe Biden is not only exhibiting dementia, but is already completely unfit to become President.

Struggling to remember the name of his BFF and the President he served two terms under as VP, Barack Obama...Joe finally ends up just saying "my boss".

I present these examples way too often now...as they're now so prevalent and predictable...but I will continue to present them as I feel it's important that the Left fully understand that they are literally trying to foist a candidate with clear and present dementia upon the American people.

I still can't comprehend the notion that Joe Biden's obvious dementia escapes the Left's notice.
If it truly does escape them...and they want to continue to insist Biden is completely in control of his mental faculties...then the Left is as demented as their preferred candidate.

there are no primaries for Vice-Presidents.

So a party can pick anyone they want, and force their party members to vote for whom they chose.
