US Senate should add the RAPE Allegation against JOE BIDEN to their Biden-Burisma Investigation.

Senator RON JOHNSON recently stated that his committee's probe into Hunter and Joe Biden's potential Burisma-Ukraine corruption is almost finished. A report is forthcoming in a few months.

Sen. Ron Johnson is planning for a summer release of a status report on his investigation targeting Joe Biden’s son Hunter — but the Wisconsin Republican acknowledged that Congress’ response to the coronavirus pandemic has “hampered” the inquiry.

Committee staffers have been poring through documents provided by the State Department and the National Archives, according to Johnson. The latter tranche includes information from the Obama White House, a key target of Johnson’s investigation.

“I’ve got staff that have been devoted to that, and they’re working on that stuff from home,” Johnson said, adding: “We — and I — can walk and chew gum at the same time here. This is not taking up massive amounts of staff time.”

The report, which Johnson was on track to release before the start of the summer months, is certain to thrust the issue into the general election debate and prompt vigorous criticism from Democrats.

“We’re in the process of writing different sections of the report that I’d like to make public sometime this summer,” Johnson, the Homeland Security Committee chairman, said in an interview. “But obviously, [the coronavirus] has not been helpful and hampered our efforts.”

Since the Senate team is already investigating potential Biden corruption, IMO, they should add the TARA READE Rape Allegation against Joe Biden to their inquiry...and issue an additional report, with prosecution recommendations to the Department of Justice, if warranted.

A woman has filed a police report claiming that presidential candidate Joe Biden sexually assaulted her in 1993.

Tara Reade filed a criminal complaint with the Washington Metropolitan Police Department of accusing the 2020 Democratic nomination of pushing her against the wall in a Senate corridor and penetrating her with his fingers, according to Business Insider.

A NEW PIECE of evidence has emerged buttressing the credibility of Tara Reade’s claim that she told her mother about allegations of sexual harassment and assault related to her former boss, then-Sen. Joe Biden.

Reade has claimed to various media outlets, that she told her mother, a close friend, and her brother, about both the harassment and, to varying degrees of detail, the assault at the time.

Her brother, Collin Moulton, and her friend, who has asked to remain anonymous, both confirmed that they heard about the allegations from Reade at the time.

Reade’s mother died in 2016, but both her brother and friend also confirmed Reade had told her mother, and that her mother, a longtime feminist and activist, urged her to go to the police.

In interviews with The Intercept, Ms. Reade also mentioned that her mother had made a phone call to “Larry King Live” on CNN, during which she made reference to her daughter’s experience on Capitol Hill.

On August 11, 1993, King aired a program titled, “Washington: The Cruelest City on Earth?” Toward the end of the program, he introduces a caller dialing in from San Luis Obispo, California. Congressional records list August 1993 as Reade’s last month of employment with Biden’s Senate office, and, according to property records, Reade’s mother, Jeanette Altimus, was indeed living in San Luis Obispo County.

Today, CNN finally gave in, and reported on this travesty. Due to CNN correspondent Larry King receiving part of the evidence, it had to. But since Joe Biden's Presidential Candidacy has been 100% supported by CNN since he first announced he was running in April 2019, Tara Reade's rape allegation against Biden is "soft balled" by the network.

And, since Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is also suffering from advancing Dementia, that needs to be taken into account, as well.

But for the purposes of this thread, don't you (ATS members) feel that Senator Johnson's committee should add the RAPE and SEXUAL ASSAULT allegations against JOE BIDEN to their ongoing investigation into Biden Corruption?

Furthermore, shouldn't the investigation include a PUBLIC HEARING, like the one held by the U.S. Senate in their investigation of Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh, in the fall of 2018?

I agree, but Attorney General BARR said earlier this week that there are guidelines regarding investigating a Presidential Candidate too close to election day. So any investigation into the rape/sexual-assault accusation(s) against Joe Biden need to start immediately and wrap-up before the deadline....whenever that is.
