While listening to the radio late last night, I heard mention that if this virus was released intentionally, it could be considered an act of war. Is looking like it was intentional...

It's also starting to look like this virus was manipulated, to be more virulent. From what I recall, they said it was natural and then modified or manipulated for potential weaponization.
