Covid-19 Stimulus Checks To Americans Will Have PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP Printed on Them.

It's hard to believe, but some people and media outlets are actually angry that President Trump's name will be printed on the front of the $1200, $2400, etc.. Covid-19 Economic Stimulus Checks.

President Donald Trump's name will be printed on the tens of millions of stimulus checks being mailed out to Americans in the coming days, according to The Washington Post.

Senior officials at the Internal Revenue Service told The Washington Post on Tuesday that the decision was finalized late Monday.

Two senior IRS officials told The Post that the decision to print Trump's names on the checks will likely lead to a delay in mailing out the checks.

The move stands in conflict with decisions made by the IRS in the past, as there are laws in place to ensure that the federal agency operates without political bias.

Since the loudest complaints are coming from those who are always wrong, I view this as a wonderfully shrewd tactic from a man who became wildly successful in business, by self-promoting.

As recent history shows, the more they hate, and the louder they complain about a given decision or action out of the Trump administration, the better that decision/action is for America!

I was thinking of sending my check to PSA grading service to get it slabbed. Just for snorts and chucks. But you may be on to something here lol.

The IRS is sending out 80 million electronic deposits this week. (They began on Thurs 4/9/20)

When those transfers are complete, 60 million paper checks will be mailed out to people who haven't received any refunds from the IRS into their bank accounts electronically from either their 2018 or 2019 tax refund.

Anybody who gets a paper check probably doesn’t have a bank account. So all of those checks are going to be cashed.

It will probably be a rare document in under six months .

I don’t get one or I would’ve saved it .

The point was that’s he’s playing politics with the money.
And as also pointed out, mostly direct deposits.
It will delay printed checks for a few days.

So the bulk of us should care about what name is on a bunch of none taxpayers(last 3 years) checks that they can still cash?

Even though banks will still cash them either way?

There would be a lot of those if the program sent checks to those who earned over $95,000. But alas, that is the cutoff.

I remember the smile on my Mom and Dads face (RIP) when they got the $250 "shovel ready" check from Obama. Must have been about 2010 or 2011.

I think there was a "Remember to Vote!" reminder attached to each check.

I think if people are offended by Trump's name on their checks they should refrain from cashing them and return them.
Otherwise take the money and admit that he IS your President!
