It isn’t, maybe her and someone else, but Biden isn’t knocking out anything. He had 8 years to become something great and he did nothing substantial, he only rode the Obama coat tail.

I read an article today in the New York Times that recommends he chose Stacy Abrams.

Fingers Crossed!

Trump will wipe his ass with the two of them.

Abrams tank?
No way.
I have a friend in Atlanta that keeps me posted about her...

I believe it will come down to Klobachar and Whitmer. Usually, the VP is selected to bring in voters that otherwise the candidate cannot entice to vote. Knowing, that the VP choice may very well need to take on the role of President, that person needs to have some experience with leadership roles in Politics.

Minnesota was won by a very narrow margin by Hillary, so Klobuchar may assist Biden there...but it is looking more like Whitmer is winning in Democrat minds for the VP selection. Not only does she have experience, she may be just what the DNC needs to swing Michigan from Trump. She has had no difficulty in taking sniping shots at Trump and her further left ideas will excite the likes of the squad.

My guess will be Whitmer if she wants it. if she does shoot herself in the foot and gets knocked off of her pedestal by her own State's citizens...then she may become a hindrance that Biden campaign cannot bear...Klobuchar will get the nod then.

Oh dear if it is Klobuchar, I'll have to focus my comments on:
Uncle Joe
hair sniffing
side breast touching
crotch reaching
finger sucking
lip kissing strange women and children
and all his offenses that can start impeachment proceedings
before he is even sworn into office - an acceptable
practice in this day and age and DNC approved to do.

Yeah.. Whatever..
He's doing a fine job in my opinion but that has nothing to do with the topic.

Oh really? No. I'm sorry. All that man does is stands up there and runs his mouth. He doesn't even know what the hell he's talking about half the time. Which is OK. A president doesn't need to know everything. But if he doesn't know what he's talking about, he should shut up and let somebody who does know what they're talking about communicate. Trump doesn't communicate. This man bickers with anyone who doesn't agree with him regardless of whether he is right or wrong.

All he cares about is himself and his ego and that's not right. I tend towards libertarian under ideal circumstances but look around us. This country is a damn mess right now. It's maybe not 100% Trump's fault but "THE BUCK STOPS HERE". Trump doesn't believe that. Everybody else is to blame for everything. This man steered us into a fight over his impeachment and refused to show one ounce of common sense. They were bickering over impeachment (back and forth) when this virus appeared. That's right. This country's entire government was a circus while a crisis was looming that would ultimately wind up being the most substantial threat to each and every one of us in most of our lifetimes. All because of this man and his ego.

Did the Democrats antagonize him? Yes. Because they knew it would work. Because he doesn't have the common sense to back down from a pointless argument that even if he wins, it's not going to accomplish anything. He's not doing a fine job. Major international airports were up and running for months while this virus was spreading like wildfire. With only a few restrictions and almost nothing being done to stop it.

And now here we are 600,000 cases in this country. Hey. Don't forget to wash your hands. I'm sure no one was washing their hands for the last 100 years in this country. They were just buying soap and germ killing products for no reason. Washing our hands sure helped, huh?

It will not matter who Biden picks ~ Trump will still be President in 2021.

Even if Trump loses the election, technically he'd still be president in 2021.

I think that’s the plan, get him in office and then he will step down (medical reasons) allowing his vice to take over.

I will be surprised if he doesn’t pick Hillary.

I feel this has been the plan all along. It saves whatever money the Clinton foundation has left, and Hillary doesn't have to campaign.

Be great for Bill once Biden steps down, Hillary comes in and voila ... Bill is First Man of the U.S.. Therefore Bill will have to do his duties as F.M.O.T.U.S.. He'll be task with traveling the country while Hillary remains in D.C.. This is Willie's dream of being out of the house away from Hillary tearing up the town meeting the younger crowds. Mmmmmm Mmm I can see him blowing his Saxophone now.

What version of reality are you looking at? Let me make sure I understand your position. You're saying that the impeachment fight is Trump's fault and if that didn't happen, we would have been better prepared for COVID?

That's the most absurd take on national politics over the last 3+ years I've seen and I know some real haters.

Nope. I don't think you understand my position at all. Every single person who is reading this has either been hiding in their house for weeks (worrying about whether or not they're going to have anything to go back to when/if it ends) or is risking their lives working. This happened on Trump's watch. End of story.

I'm not going to clutter this thread up with endless back and forth. If you can't accept it, you're welcome to think whatever you want. I'm not a Democrat or a Republican at this point and right now I'm just looking at where we're at and how we got here

This country's government has been a circus ever since Trump stepped into office and we have wasted 4 years bickering over this man. That's the reality of it.

If Biden calls for Clinton, I will hate him as much as so many here seem to do.

There is only one smart choice for him. Gabbard. Young with appeal to moderate conservatives. And even as he might not step down, we will be seeing a much more ''hands on '' and public face type of vice president should they win in November.

I don't think hillary can even run for president now.
She is too late to get on the ballot in some states and can't get enough delegates.

She doesn’t want the first sentence of her Wikipedia page to say .

“ Lost to Donald Trump twice “

Yesterday Joe Biden said he would announce his vice president partner in early May. Today President Obama endorsed Joe Biden.

Biden wants a black non-male.

What does putting two plus two together tell you in this situation?

Klobuchar is the name I heard that they were floating around. lol

The Squad will eviscerate Klobuchar. She is way too sensible and I have YET to see her exhibit the rabid socialist/communist policies that AOC and the Squad requires of all Democrats. It may be there, but I haven't seen evidence of it yet.

We all know the squad won't hesitate to destroy anyone (even another Democrat) who is not an extreme socialist/communist leaning candidate.

Klobuchar is simply too rational appearing and seems too far too normal for the Bernie crowd, who loves wild and woolly screaming socialist/communist style leader (kinda close to Hitler's wild oratorical style in front of a crowd - the kind who riles up a crowd and makes them swoon) I can see the Bernie crowd and the AOC crowd strenuously objecting to someone who at least now, seems fairly middle of the road normal American, who believes in the Constitution, and doesn't spend most of her energy hating on everyone who doesn't think the exact way the PC crowd demands.

Yeah I actually can tolerate Klobuchar. I forget which hearing it was, but I remember during one of the Senate hearings when everyone else was grandstanding, when her time came she actually asked relevant questions to the matter and let the person answer.

Don't agree with much of her politics but at least she was respectable. For that reason, I can't see them going with her either.

I really don't see them going with Clinton though. Biden's chances are slim. Adding Clinton to the ticket would really sink him.

I know you posted this on the previous page, but just look at the look on the woman's face over his left shoulder.

She's not surprised or shocked, she's disgusted. Everyone knows about him. She's like "Jesus, AGAIN with this guy?"

If I was Biden ...

If I was Nikki ... I'd take the offer too. That's a Trump knock-out team.

Tell me it isn't!!

You don't keep up with the news much do you?

Haley supports Trump.

She'll make a great President in 2024.
