As of July 2nd, 2021 there are 231,706,783 confirmed cases & 8,931,210 fatalities.
On Jun 13, 2021 there were 200,137,589 confirmed cases worldwide & 8,680,231 fatalities
On May 18, 2021 there were 191,378,903 confirmed cases worldwide & 8,439,100 fatalities
On April 23, 2021 there were 179,773,810 confirmed cases worldwide & 7,921,336 fatalities
On Mar 26, 2021 there were 171,621,647 confirmed cases worldwide & 7,683,201 fatalities
On Feb 24, 2021 there were 160,437,090 confirmed cases worldwide & 7,231,726 fatalities

The entire world has settled into a permanent state of isolation. Shelter in place orders, regional quarantineS and a full shutdown of all facets of community life. Mass (Near 80%) unemployment has rocked all of the world’s countries, and governments attempting to pass further financial packages to kick-start deadlined industries has further increased the devastating hyper-inflation in almost all parts of the globe. Google, Facebook and Twitter have been heavily criticized for seemingly filtering, editing and blocking news and personal communication in (formerly) advanced nations as restrictions have been implemented by their governments “for the sake of public safety”.

President Elizabeth Warren has faced criticism from both sides of the political aisle over the last few weeks due to the heavy handed application of force by the National Guard during the recent food riots in New York, Boston, Detroit and Chicago. Republicans have argued that she has failed to act quickly enough to identify instigators of the riot, while Democrats have shown resistance towards what they see as a focus on criminalizing minority communities.
“I stand with Vice-President Cortez in saying that the root of this problem is not the poor people of those cities, but the fault of those in rural areas who have hoarded the fruit of so called “liberty gardens”. With Americans starving, these selfish individuals have failed to provide the necessary tax remittals (in the form of produce) as required when they were given special privilege to use the land- land owned by all peoples- for the purpose of growing needed rations.”
President Warren further pushes for the use of force by National Guard members as they collected those produce items, downplaying talk of desertions and attempted coups by certain military leaders as a “hoax”, designed to inspire fear in suffering Americans.
President Warren has continued to apply judicious use of executive orders since her ascension to the Presidency after the death of oft-criticized former President Joe Biden in late March.

India has become the global epicentre of the virus with 50,602,000 infections and nearly 1,843,000 deaths as of July 2nd. By comparison a month earlier on June 10th there were 41,564,897 infections and 1,321,834 deaths. It is the hardest hit country of the pandemic. Link


New York is the United States hottest zone where people are succumbing to starvation and blight faster than the authorities can bury the bodies. Several US cities have alarming increases in rioting and troops are being deployed as required. NYC has setup a 4th makeshift hospital in Central Park to assist with the victims of Coronavirus, and malnutrition. Photos have also recently been released from Liberty Island of the US digging mass graves, however this is being claimed as another “propaganda hoax” by government officials, per the media. The US Navy activated 20 more hospital ships, after the sinking of Comfort and Mercy at the hands of “anti-American insurgents”. They have deployed to either side of the continental United States, after being pulled from convoy duty in light of crop failures world-wide. Link Link Link


Warren’s Corona Virus Task Force holds daily conferences where the Media are welcome to ask any question that is pre-approved. The Media are on their best manners and never attempt gotcha questions or try to paint Warren into a corner. To be fair, in the first few weeks FoxNews and similar anti-American media fell short of what was needed. However, since being banned, the conferences now operate smoothly and uninterrupted.

The Global Economic system has run off the edge of a cliff. Large sudden sell offs that occurred through March have stopped, as there were no buyers to be had for any stocks. The Market is still technically active, but trading has all but ceased. Unemployment has overwhelmed the globe as all business, retail and eateries/bars have closed permanently, and all unnecessary businesses have been closed for the good of the people. US unemployment increase to 166 million this week, Canada shed its last 6 million jobs in May. There are dire warnings about the economy moving forward as comparisons to the the Dark ages are appearing. Link

Although opposition leaders are claiming that the number of dead and infected is artificially inflated (as doctors have been labeling almost all deaths as “Corona-related”), health and human services secretary Cuomo has stated that “as a survivor of this disease, I believe I am more qualified to make a decision on what coronavirus is or isn’t”. His brother, Gov Cuomo of New York has agreed this is probably best, and that his brother is in no way similar to “Fredo”.

Finally, interior defense and compliance secretary ”Beto” O’Rourke has claimed that the bodies of insurgent leaders, former Republican Senators Rand Paul and Ted Cruz were recovered after an unfortunate and unavoidable firefight during the most recent sweep for weapons and ammo deemed “unnecessary” for the greater good. Dental records were requested, as O’Rourke claims fellow insurgents were firing blindly at the special police, killing both with mis-aimed shots to the back of their heads. Secretary O’Rourke has put forth further recommendations to the central government regarding knives, axes, hatchets and other “possible weapons”, and an executive order is expected to be signed this week.

Are you happy in your life? Does pretending to be a mod (when you can just click an alert button) make you feel whole? I chose what I believed to be the appropriate venue, and if I am wrong, will gladly submit to the mods discretion and expertise.

Fictitious it is!

But does anyone have even a general outline idea of

- what will ensue over the next 6, 12 or 18 months with this Chrojan Virus?

- what the final impact of the virus will be on the non health service nations of which there are so many and those nations that have in terms of protection (the need for an invisible wall/blockade)?

- what events across the globe will dominate the news as a result of this accidental or deliberate attack on humanity?

- what the impacts will be on peoples way of life?

- what the final toll and scale of this virus will be on a 1 to 10 scale, assuming the fictitious numbers given above are a 10?

- what the maximum toll and impact of this virus will be?


Or is it so blatantly obvious to most people that in 3 to 6 months this will be all over with no more deaths than the annual global flu deaths with everything back to normal with some impact of business, jobs and travel etc which will recover over year or two?

Because it ain't to me!!

I would like to see some ATSer's tackle the above questions I pose from a best and worst case perspective, rubbing their crystal balls so frigging hard that an idea appears of where we are heading with this potential humanitarian and economic disaster.

Are we f.cked but so far stuck up our own rears or so far down deep in denial to see it. Or is this outbreak just a terrible inconvenience that the majority will see in the future as no big deal.

Damn man, that was some good writing! Hopefully the mods give you a little applause for the effort, it was both amusing and mildly uncomfortable even if it never happens (which I'm sure was the goal)
