Bringing those things up doesn't necessarily mean the OP is bigoted. The fact that this moron was elected because she checked all the right boxes rather than because she was the best person for the job is definitely relevant. It would be a massive boon doggle. Making Puerto Rico a state would be problem enough, but taking on a massive second world country? The logistical problems of adding that size of second world economy to our own would be horrific to say nothing of taking on the cartel problems and corruption too.

I think that was an administration reaction, not a bank policy.

The FED only issues requests for more debt. I'm sure they wouldn't find that conducive to their business model because that would inhibit their ability to do so in this regard.
