while we're on the subject of damnation and such, i got a question;

what's the deal with hell, anyway? like... god created everything, right? so that includes hell, yeah? And all of the demons in hell? Do they have any choice about the whole torturing souls for eternity thing? were they just made that way? God loves everyone, but he also built a torture chamber full of demons who probably had no say about their lot in life, and if you don't believe the right thing without proof [because proof is bad too, isn't it?] then you'll be sent to this eternal torture chamber and god is really sad about that, he really wishes you made the right choice but rules is rules... and they're the rules he made up, at the beginning. Am i the only one that feels like the deck is stacked in a really odd way? Religion tries to frame it like it's this whole Good VS Evil showdown of the century deal but look, it was ALL god, all along what's with that?

Yes, God created all substance but His "Word" formed all of which is visible and invisible. It is very clear in the OT and NT both that there are conditions to be met for the Creator ["Word"] to love and to hate. All of which has been created has freedom of thoughts and actions and if they are in the chambers of hell then is by their own choice and not by Gods choice. God had nothing to do with you being born. It was by choice of your parents that you were procreated. God did not create you, your parents procreated you by their own desires. It is through love that God offers all of us the life everlasting but if one rejects that offer then by that choice is the second death.

God did not create demons. Demons are the spirits of the children of the watchers who are Satan's. By their own choice they have become adversaries of our Creator and His Father. All animated forms have the free will to choose, both in heaven and in this universe. All of us have the right to live as we choose.

Rapture isn't a word used in the bible.

I believe the consensus is any child, or even grown-up with limited mental capacities, who is not mature enough to make a clear decision on accepting Christ, will enter into Heaven.

The 144 000 are described in revelation Chapter 7.

The 144000 are the marked servants of God from the 12 tribes of Israel. 12 000 from each tribe will have a seal in their forhead.

Both Groups have a common catalyst behind their creation.....and purpose....yes common purpose.

Both Groups were allowed to birth/grow/prosper......by a much more powerful and larger secular power.....for a specific reason....a very very fact based non-secular down to earth reason.

Its time to share knowledge and purpose.

There is no point in baptising babies. It's a superstitious mindset within the catholic religion.
Purgatory and stuff like that.
Baptism is a symbolic gesture made by those who have made a conscious decision to embrace Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
Jews of old would often take ritual baths or washings in 'mikvehs' to purify themselves and symbolically wash away sin after confession. John the baptist was not introducing a new idea. If we are baptised into Christ, we are symbolically declaring our death to the 'old man', identifying with the death of Christ, our washing of sin and our birth into Him as a new spiritual creation.
