Ah sh*t.
I didn't know George Soros was the one who made Trump sign a bill for trillion of dollars that didn't go towards the virus it was made for. If he made this virus, he means business.
I take everything I said before in this thread back. Didn't know what we were up against.
My bad everyone.
Can you show us evidence that "President Trump signed a bill giving trillions of dollars to things that have nothing to do with the virus"?...
I am pretty sure you are confusing what Obama did, giving $16 trillion U.S. tax payer dollars to international banks and foreign CEOs...

The bill itself was refereed to as a stimulus bill as it was being pitched. And I said that very little of any of the recent spending is going to the virus

Lol... If you're going to ask me for sources, go ahead and provide yours for that number....
Actually, don't sweat it... That was total debt accrued under Obama. I'm not going to defend him, he was a horrible president. Your statement is a bit misleading, but at this point, who cares... He was that bad of a president.
Wonder how you're going to react when Trump has a bigger number. I bet you defend it. "It wasn't his fault", or other funnies.

The media’s inscrutable brush-off of the Government Accounting Office’s recently released audit of the Federal Reserve has raised many questions about the Fed’s goings-on since the financial crisis began in 2008.
The audit of the Fed’s emergency lending programs was scarcely reported by mainstream media - albeit the results are undoubtedly newsworthy. It is the first audit of the Fed in United States history since its beginnings in 1913. The findings verify that over $16 trillion was allocated to corporations and banks internationally, purportedly for “financial assistance” during and after the 2008 fiscal crisis.

This President is responsible for saving tens...if not hundreds of thousands American lives already.
Among those thousands already saved could be friends and family of...if not, these "independents" themselves.
I agree with you. When the POTUS implemented the travel ban from China and Iran it helped to limit the spread of this virus. Yet the always anti-Trump, even those in these forums, were clamoring with the left-wing media "how the travel ban from China and Iran proved that Trump is a racist..."
Oh, and let's not forget those whom have been claiming, and keep claiming that the travel ban proved that Trump is a racist, looking at the underwerks type of crowd in ATS, started claiming "Trump didn't do enough..." These are the same people whom would have voted for "open borders are part of, and never would have banned travel from China & Iran, Joe Biden/Hillary's camp...
Now we have got the "chest thumping with only brass cojones in the back of their vehicles" clamoring how "we are the only freedom loving in the U.S., the new freedom fighters..." Meanwhile their only true response is to having joined the anti-Trump camp meanwhile they keep on clamoring together...

Keep in mind you're confronting someone who thinks Obamacare was 'just a little bit socialist'.

Trump is responsible for the Travel Ban.
If so inclined...blame HIM for that.
State Governors are responsible for the state/city shutdowns.
If so inclined...blame THEM for that.

For the record... I actually liked that Trump left it up to states and localities for the most part to handle their territory. I am a big believer in state rights and against federal overreach.

Holy crap man!! You really believe that? You actually think that Trump was 'leaving it up to the states? The States acted because Trump was downplaying the pandemic when their own advisers and experts from all over the world were sounding the alarm as loudly as they could. They acted because the Feds were sitting on their collective hands. They acted cause they had to. This was in NO way some 'states rights' play. Trump blew it. 100% FUBAR. Period. His handling of this is indefensible.

I’m curious, how did the travel ban limit the virus? Americans were still allowed to travel freely between the two countries.
originally posted by: Drucifer
It wasn’t until 2 weeks after the “ban” was in place that Americans returning were screened and told to self-isolate at home. They weren’t put into a specific quarantine to ensure they WOULD isolate, it was just an honor system approach.

I didn’t call it racists, I just thought it was half-assed and missed the mark.
