In a way, this is a good thing, this Chinese virus.

It has illustrated how little some may value freedom, rights, liberties.

It has illustrated the uphill battle still being waged on individuality and individual rights.

So many clamor for the safety and security of the collective at the cost of individual rights.

Essentially, freedom can never be taken, but it can be given up willingly by those who prefer the comforts of their chains.

Correct...exactly what I said. Anyone who dies and whose death is related to Covid-19 was, in fact, a victim of thousands of physicians all turned murderer simultaneously.

Not that the already low death toll would see itself a little bit lower of not for the dangerous treatments handed out to appease families threatening doctors should they do nothing and I base that on the fact doctors have, mostly if not all anonymously, said they have had a patient(s) die this go round and they suspect it was the treatment they reluctantly gave to avoid lawsuit and get panicking idiots off their backs. That would be insane.

The moderator wasnt the subject of this thread either, but you went there anyways. I stayed on topic since the virus is effecting people's rights and freedom. Freedom is what I advocate for. Just under forty thousand people in America are critically ill because of this virus! And it is not even close to peaking in America yet!

If peoe still do what they do, then more people are going to die! This is a pandemic, hence the reason they have to bring these laws in to try and contain the virus. That's a good point, it also reveals who is who in the end. You're right, true freedom can never be taken away, since we dont have to obey unjust laws. They still require people's consent, and many people i know will not give it up willingly without a fight through self defense.

If there ever was a time to speak your truth's now would be it. I also agree that the pen is more powerful than the sword. Yahshua (Jesus) proved this.

But its still quite sad that many did give up willingly all because of a virus that may be slightly stronger than the common flu. The worse thing though, is that this whole thing started in china. Why should anyone take china seriously when they have their own people enslaved?

The number of coronavirus deaths in the USA is 7,844 - it will be higher by the end of the day obviously - which doesn't sound THAT high unless you break it down.

The number in NY so far is 3,565. Compare that to the number of pneumonia deaths in the state from all of 2017:
3,565 vs 4,179 www.health.ny.gov...

In NYC they have 1,867 deaths recorded. Compare that to the number of pneumonia deaths in 2017:
1,867 vs 1,881 www.health.ny.gov...

How about the number of deaths in a week? That's how the CDC flu/pneumonia stats work. Over the last week in the USA there have been 815 deaths per day and the trend has been up (1,328 yesterday). The worst flu season in recent memory was 2017/18 which had an estimated 61,000 deaths in the USA. The peak of that season had 7,038 deaths in a week which is about 1,005 per day. gis.cdc.gov...

The numbers are crazy.

That said, this is a conspiracy theory site, so I guess we can take government figures with a grain of salt.

I'm not particularly worried about losing freedoms to coronavirus, to be honest. I am concerned about losing my partner to it, however.

We can always rally together and vote every single power grabber into the streets. We can't vote the dead back to life if they die fighting something we are too selfish to mitigate because "our freedoms."

We demanded and took our freedoms before. I have faith the American people no when and how to fight.

You just do not get it do you? Almost forty thousand people in America are criitical with the virus, and the virus is not even close to peaking in America! You think this is as bad as it is going to get?

How many lives need to be lost before you actually understand why we have to do this? Maybe it will take a family member to get it severely, because all I see in this thread are people who have not been effected by the virus, so their ignorance tells them it's not bad!

It's actually quite nice to be at the beach during midnight hours. You should try it, it's quite relaxing under the moon especially with friends to share moments with. Its not about being a bad ass, its about enjoying my RIGHT as a free human being.
