Your a little over the top, but I am looking at the data, and coming to my own conclusion, I am not the type of person that is quick to judge... Yet you have a decent point, this over reaction I am begining to believe has more to do with our governments inabilities due to their poor leadership more than anything, I mean the upheaval most of it has more to do with them not having the staples in our healthcare system, their sensationalism of how people would be dying in the streets to create fear, to attempt to justify there ineptitude’s. Our position we are in now has more to do with their failures than anything else, I am concluding this truth now over any other, but dont get me wrong I am very pissed at china right now... I'm trying to educate people to what I see happening here. The voices of many are more powerful than the physical weapons of few. Ask yourself this, if that was not accurate would I be seeing the visceral rabid attack against what I'm saying here? Would we see that repeating itself across multiple venues and platforms, with anyone who questions or defies the narrative being subjected to shaming, insults, attacks, fines, and imprisonment in some jurisdictions? Would social media platforms be instantly censoring and banning contributors who question whether all of these actions are worth the cost?

As for putting lives on the line, I'm old, fat, and a smoker. Yet I go to work every day at a hospital treating Covid-19 patients.

Hopefully we learn from it, I think we will. It’s gonna be interesting to see how and if the people of america, mature in the coming weeks, if any begin to question etc. But I am pretty sure I hit it on the mark.. Grinning and bearing it, we will get thru it, and we will get stronger, and the sacrifices, is not our fault and I hope many realize that in the end.

Nah, it's their new marching orders... try to goad the challengers into jumping to the last resort of taking up arms now, when the majority of the population is swaying but still somewhat fearfully in agreement with the idea of sacrificing freedom in the name of what *might* happen. If they wait too much longer, when the majority realize the numbers game simply is not there, then they'll start losing the majority... UNLESS a group of hotheads take the goading bait and do something foolhardy, in which case those just starting to question will quickly steel themselves behind the powers that were attacked, telling themselves those questioners are clearly terrorists/nuts/whatever. Classic Alinsky brainwashing strategy playing out right in front of us.

I think he is saying our government’s ineptitude has caused the over reaction.. Hell we had warning shots back in January, yet they were not even close to being ready, hell typical medical stapes like gloves, masks, and gowns, are a shortage all across the nation.. Why is that?
