For some reason here in NC no one has been buying pork at the store, so when I go and stock up, it's usually pork. Only have about a thousand ways to make it, so no getting tired of it. Same with turkey, they had a ton of the frozen turkey's when we went, so we picked up a few. 2 people can eat off a good sized bird for days. If it does come down to it, I do have a fishing rod and rifle and my own land with fish and game on it, so yeah, not worried.

This happens to be the time of year when I normally consume fish, and I had no trouble filling my (small) freezer at the beginning of the crisis. I've got a lemon sole thawing out ready for the oven tomorrow. Fish seems to have become unfashionable, so may be more available.

I saw a great video that said we should start befriending vegans. Apparently if we have to resort to the extreme. They are the closest to Grass fed beef.
