Perhaps you are not aware of how large states are, particularly the western ones.

You didn't explain how an already backlogged system is going to suddenly become able to track contacts any time in the foreseeable future.

That is a point. The federal government is not known for being well run, even with a businessman at the helm. But who said anything about "suddenly?"

No. Natural immunity will kick in and as the infection rate declines as a result, testing will be more useful. That does not require the number of new cases or deaths to decline to zero. The point being missed, as usual, is to prevent public health systems from being overwhelmed by hospitalizations.

Not necessary. The head of the FDA said today Hydroxychloroquine is now available to any physician who wishes to prescribe it. The number of physicians doing so will grow exponentially as word spreads regarding how well it works.
