Just thankful and enjoying the apocalypse

Bought a house out in the sticks last fall but still commute about an hour each way to work. Needless to say, along with winter, getting everything up to par and initiating new projects has been a slog. Juggling maintenance on....everything, family and starting new projects.

Then the froggen plague rolls through! Laid off for a few weeks and have been loving it. I can have good family time and get going on all my projects while maintaining all the other stuff. Money is a little tight of course but we have staples and plenty of baking supplies not to mention maple syrup for the year!!

Simply thankful and enjoying this reprieve from "things as normal."

It is nice to live away from the big cities!

I got laid off as a result of virus crisis.

I’ve lots of projects to do but just waiting for the weather to warm up a bit.

I’m the meantime I am building structures with rolls of toilet paper and canned spam and posting on ATS, all while wearing my mask and gloves of course!
