There are no such emergency powers granted by the Constitution. The reason it says "Congress shall not.." is because the executive is not given the right to rule by decree with force of law. And courts have repeatedly ruled on these things, including this week, when the church in Kentucky managed to get an emergency hearing in federal court and won.

These are what is termed "implied powers" and have been used by other presidents.

Public health laws alone can prevent gatherings. The courts will sort things out. In the meantime, I hope that the public are not endangered by stubborn parishioners. Too much thread drift with this topic...

I know we are pretty focused on Q at the moment, but a short 1 minute video came across my Twit feed. I took a ss of it to show you. Ill assume it is just a nature occurrence, but still if you look at the video it is kind of odd. Considering we have "Sky Event" in the back of some of our heads, what are we seeing here anyway.?

This was actually taken in California.
As far as the Cheshire Cat goes, I dont know. If you take the minute to watch the video maybe you can figure it out. I was thinking maybe the camera itself was just causing the colors. I was hoping for better eyes than mine to look this over from that possible point of view.

Is anyone else wondering why Musks Starlink hasn't gotten much media coverage? I would think it would be a huge story since they began the launches but barely heard about it at all.

Final launch went up mid March and still....nothing really even said about it.

Any idea why? Seems like it should have a LOT more coverage.

I was thinking the that the color may have something to do with the storm clouds and maybe ice refraction at the higher altitude.

Sure was a neat video if it's genuine. It's pretty neat to see something like that, and just think if someone saw that 200 years ago, a church would have been built where the person was standing.

These two are drawing our attention to the number 43 for some reason. 43 = DC in letters but I think 43 is just one of CLAS 1-99 keys/SAP programs sold to foreign governments.

A search of 43 in Q posts generates 196 posts with it in... whilst a score or so are just in post numbers or headers:

Let's say you're Hillary Clinton and you've just sold a SAP to China that gives them links to anything bad said about China... together with a program that just searches for 43 in the url of anything on the internet (probably has to have another indicator flag string too)?


Some of the 94 twitter URLs in Q drops with 43 in twitter URLs are just shout outs to Patriots but maybe they are also the NSA showing that THEY now have control of this mechanism and they've used these Patriot examples to prove it?


How pi**ed off would Joe public in Iran be to find out the US govt had identified them as worthy of monitoring to the IRAN government, through a CLAS 1-99 program they had sold them, by tagging their tweets with, for example, 57?

I think it's worth monitoring the number sequences in any URLs included in Q posts, in order to discover what other 2 digit codes may stand for. E.g. Pakistan, NK, Armenia, Ukraine, Venezuela, UK, AUS etc.

Good question VC. If the press ignores, they either fear it, or want it buried for other reasons, as it does not serve them to cover it ie human trafficking etc. My read is while I find Musk questionable, that system is going to be very important to us all - in a good way.
