Help identify what this is please

I am more of a non-believer in UFO's per say well I don't think they are Alien anyway. Regardless I do know there is something out there that is unexplainable. Sometimes I find things I cannot explain easily, this is one of those. If you watch this video which isn't even related to UFO's its a hour long compilation of "daily dose of internet" anyway, at the 12:45 mark or so in the top right hand side of the screen while the surfer rides a wave, something white flies by at incredible speed. It is best to watch the video at 1/4th speed in youtube, you can do that by selecting it on the right.

What do you think this is? I also noticed something super weird with the top left of the wave earlier in the video but had no idea and figured it was just some kind of camera malfunction.

I guess, I dont see it as reflection but it could be. If you slow it down it looks almost perfectly circular and the trajectory what are you thinking its reflecting?

The sun is reflecting off the helicopter filming the surfer.
