Yeah, the echo/reverb and the accent give it that 1984 vibe.

And, of course, the positive message might be heartfelt, but things might get pretty bad before they return to normal.

It's pretty creepy to be honest. Even her movements and everything.

Nothing like a calm sounding women with an accent speaking in English to remind people of movies and video games that have used almost the exact same sort of scene to paint a dystonian future.

Other then that, pretty good. Wish Trump would sound like that sometimes, instead of barging on screen and saying "CHINESE VIRUS!"
