I think it will be a wake up call and will motivate a few. Unfortunately, I am seeing larger numbers of those that are displaying an unrealistic over reaction or those that are not preparing at all.

It doesn't matter if the masses are brought to their knees from a virus of the body or a virus of the mind. Either way we are all negatively impacted as the result of either.

Divide those by 4 and compare to the Corona Virus , as it is 1Q in.

There is a difference being spiritual vs religious. People can believe whatever they want, i dont care.
But posting false claims is just misleading, and counter intuitive.

People can laugh it off all they want. The economic impact from this will be felt by EVERYONE. Our economy is all linked.. If the airlines/hotel industry suffer, sports suffer, energy, etc.. This all trickles down and trickles down rapidly. There will be a snap back to reality when things start to get back to normal, but people need to be economically prepared unless they are independently wealthy, have a ton of $$ in the bank or have a trust fund.

My daughter is in the heart of this epidemic( Greater Seattle area). She's quite trouble; the consensus there seems to be most think it's great; they're looking forward to two months free rent and government amenities.

The big cities seem ready for socialism. As an at-risk senior, I'd rather not live to see America become socialist. I don't think whatever few years/months I may have left are worth tanking the country's economy, either.

Old lady from the woods here. I have to laugh at what some people will allow to be done to their food because of what they have been led to believe their food is suppose to look like.

Naturally grown food may not be the shape or the color that they sell in the markets, but they usually are better tasting, and when you are eating for sustenance, you are not looking for picture perfect products.

Even the eggs our chickens lay, aren't all the same size or color, but they taste just the same. Country folk don't throw away much. Almost all of my scraps go into the compost.

All you are doing is adding to the noise, you aren't gonna change anybody's mind and her beliefs are hers they aren't hurting anybody

Yes this place is littered with misinformation and false claims if you call every one of them out you are gonna be a busy person so why call out someone's faith when it might be what holds them together. Especially in a time like this...

Once I found those numbers for the Flu , I have no concept.
For the first part , the CDC had declared that a "moderate" year.
As I stated before , we are being conditioned to accept the next steps.
That is all I can figure .
Watch the days to come.

The reason i post this, is because i know people in my area, that thinks believing in a deity, and praying, is going to save them. So they dont care about the ministry of health's warnings, going about spreading this COVID further.
