I can confirm I met some family in from out of town down town last night and the casinos were poppin and had a majority of Asians. They however were not wearing masks as much as you'd think most looked carefree sitting at their slots. There was a large amount of tables closed it looked like Monday morning in there...tables were 1$ minimums too which never happens.

I passed though touched nothing sanitized everywhere then went and got stoned at NuWu lol.

The majority of events are cancled a lot of folks are working from home. Casinos are laying off staff and are also on hiring freeze. I will say I had to take my wife to the ER for a leg injury last week and the waiting room was empty...the back was maybe half full if and I was in and out with her x-ray and scripts within 45min and 30 of that was waiting on radiology to get back from lunch.

Flights are dirt cheap, table minimums are as low as I've ever seen, and its easy to get a seat at a restaurant...just don't expect many shows running.

They actually just announced that as of midnight, the casino's are closed, here in B.C.

Yes same here, schools/universities closing/extending spring break, no gatherings over 200, many events, and concerts postponed. They shut down Whistler B.C.(ski destination)

Hope your wife is ok! service in 45 mins..nice!! I had a stint at emerg myself about 3 weeks ago, was there for 8 agonising hours, full house, people sniffling and puking..and this is just when cases are popping up..I was in so much pain, I wasn't even thinking about that till a few days later
