OK, so I am a moderate Republican, and this is the first debate I have managed to suffer through in my entirety. Here is my Opinion.

Butteg(however you spell the dudes name.)-- Not bad, good talker. Would like to hear more of him.
Warren-- Darn good performance. She made me think about alot of things in that she basically killed any interest in Bloomberg and Sanders.
Bloomberg-- DOA- not a chance
Sander-- unrealistic expectations, sorry wont work. At least he is dedicated to his positions
Biden-- Nope, not happening.
Klobachar--I think thats her name. Very smart, gave me things to think about it.

As a moderate republican, I think Pete B is the strongest candidate in the democratic party. I would consider voting for him if he can moderate further. Warren needs to moderate, otherwise she is a no. Klobachar, maybe, but ya, just not feeling her.

All the others, if they get the nomination, hands down Trump will win. No competition there. Pete I think could fight Trump, he reminds me of Obama as a speaker, but man the only way he has a chance is if he moderates. That said only chance any democrat has is if they moderate.

Final statement. 49% of people are democrats and will vote for demcrat. 49% are Republican and will vote for Republican. 2% in the middle decide the election. If they don't moderate, Trump wins.

Just my 2 cents.

People call him Mayor Pete.

Because his last name is hard to spell and if you translate it from German means "Butt fiddler" and he's gay so that's not polite.

So just go with Peter.

I think there was supposed to be more to the OP. Maybe? You can't quote the OP, or anything after it turns up blank. That's the confusion I was referring to.

All of their candidates want to mess with my second amendment rights so they are all unacceptable to me. The one I thought made the most sense was probably Andrew Yang, so of course he was eliminated for making sense in a group of idiots.

Where do you get your stats of 49 to 49%? Are there no independents or others?

Truth, dressed in humor:

I can see the SNL skit now … these 6 folks at a restaurant after eating a meal.
“blah blah blah” banter for a couple minutes.

The bill comes for $175.

Mike grabs it and says “I’ll take care of this if you guys leave the tip on the table.”

Amy: “Just the tip?”

Warren: “Typical man. Always has to show he can pay the way.”

Bernie: “Let me pay the tip. Hey Mike, can I borrow twenty bucks?”

Biden: “I think the waitress was a dog-faced pony soldier. But she smelled nice, so I’ll kick in a sawbuck there Bern-man”

Pete: “…’Just the tip’ is my favorite 3 word saying.”

Um....

Final statement. 49% of people are democrats and will vote for demcrat. 49% are Republican and will vote for Republican. 2% in the middle decide the election. If they don't moderate, Trump wins.

26% of all registered voters are Democrat as of 2018... that number is dropping.

28% of registered voters are Republican... that number is rising.

46% of registered voters identify as Independent and they are the ones that have determined Presidential elections for the last century or so.

So what you REALLY have is 26% of voters that will vote Democrat no matter what and Independents have been running screaming away since the Democratic primary started.

There are no Democratic moderates... Bloomberg brought up this debate that Democrats can't win an election being communist and he was essentially booed offstage.

Mayor Pete is just as socialist as Bernie... he actually won an award in a writing contest extolling the virtues of Bernie.

Democrats have no chance at this point for the general election.

At all.

However, I do hope they don't screw Bernie over again and he gets a chance to debate Trump after winning the primary.

So we can set back the Progressive/Socialist agenda a generation or so.

Fingers crossed!!!!

It's 6% roughly from the poll experts which is fairly accurate. 6% decide it. It's however not 6% more voters. It's 6% more motivated to vote. The other side's 6% say screw it and stay home.

One thing though that is interesting, Trump black voters are increasing from polls. If that is accurate it's already over with. The race is done right now. Democrats have to have those, damn near all of them to pull it off. Trump, in some polls is pulling 25-30%. If that happens the Democratic party as we knew it is finished. They lost black voters.
