While they were born in England, the Band originated in Australia.

Incidentally the song Massachusetts was written in the UK before they had ever been to America.

Here's the Encyclopedia Brittannica Online page on the Bee Gees

While there is contention about whether they were English or Australian, my point is that they weren't American, at all.

The Gibbs were British nationals. I think one or two may have also got US citizenship, so were joint nationals.

Back to topic. There are plenty of well-known bands and people who "started young". Radiohead, for example were writing songs and performing at school, as were REM and others.

Nowadays, most mainstream music is designed to make a few people rich and the music is formulaic, talentless and over-produced IMHO. Regardless, if you peel away the top layer you will find that there are some amazing bands out there who pursue music rather than celebrity and fame. Many of these bands started their path when they were young, and that is as true today as it was in the past.

Rodrigo y Gabriela started very young.

Fantastic music. No lyrics. Just guitar.

You clearly have little to zero understanding about the impact of various influences. Does that mean listening to that music automatically means you will have those thoughts? No. But is's an influence that creates a culture, and as more and more people fall under that influence the stronger it's effects.

Why do you think different countries have different beliefs? They are influenced by their culture.

Your entire post has literally nothing to do with mine.

I don't believe I posted anything about video games.

Being told black people are subhuman can make you racist. Want to know how I know, history. Being told women are just property can make you believe it, want to know how I know, female genital mutilation happens every day.

I don't like most music that's popular currently. It's all corporate trash.

Not really impressed with the vast majority of music being played nowadays let alone what 17 year old's are writing and singing.

Paul Weller was 17 years old when he wrote this absolute classic;
