Would you rather die from the Corona Virus, or one of these viruses in Plague Inc that give you insanity and you die from diarrhea and possibly setting off nuclear arms against the rest of the world due to the insanity caused by the virus?

Well, I will say this. If you fear something, your immune system is more at risk of dying from a disease. I am not fearful of this virus, I also will not take meds that can suppress my ability to fight diseases. I will use diet to help to moderate my immune system.

This video is way off, our scientists will find a good treatment to lower mortality risk for this disease. Of course, the people who are immunocompromised will be at higher risk of getting this disease. Many meds do increase your risk of infection and watching the commercials on TV with listed side effects in their sales promotions does help us to figure out what class of meds take away our immunity.

I am going to die sometimes, but I would bet this is not what is going to kill me.

Gotta admit, a sick demented part of me re downloaded the Plague inc app on Friday. Named the the virus Coronavirus, killed off civilization in 15 mins with the cure at 23%.

Naturally I added every pathogen, delivery, fatigue ....

Had Plague Inc on my Android a few years ago , fun little app.

If we don't wipe ourselves out first a drug resistant virus will likely be our downfall.

I didn't realize it till you just told me. I am sure that a lot of people would see this and actually believe it. Myself I believed it to be a fear mongering worst case scenario thing.

DNA points mean you're doing a good job as the virus and get to make yourself more lethal. I don't know about the phone app, but on computer it simply means you get to add another bell or whistle to your superbug of choice.

No. I usually manage to get to Greenland, but Iceland sees what I'm doing ... looks over and says, "Oh, hell no!" and closes down all travel.

It is a good fun game. Did you know the guy that made it helps real-life contagion control authorities

No wonder the developers felt the need to say something.

So, how does this app compare to the official map of the virus spread that they made.

But someone could accidentally choose all the right mutations in a game, and come closer to the real situation than someone with ten degrees using scientific research and choosing the wrong pattern.

Actually chances are the game could wind up more accurate than their estimates.
