Cool opinion OP, but it is of my opinion that Trump is what's best for this country.

You have ZERO Proof he is destroying our Democracy.

What it sounds like is an emotional rant because you simply don't like his character, well too bad?

I don't beat around the bush, Trumps firebrand approach is exactly what this country needs to break the grip of the Establishment, to rock this nation with tweets and light the fire, he has certainly done that.

I have a President who doesn't fear China and tariffs them for their bad trade practices.

I have a President who is humble in tense situations, calling off Drone strikes because of potential collateral damage.

I have a President who acts when Americans are in danger and respond by taking out whoever, whenever, like the second most powerful man in Iran.

I have a President who isn't afraid to speak his mind, tells it how it is and gets the job done.

I have a President, who's resolve is so great, that he has endured attacks about him and his family from a sprawling liberal media Empire, attacks from Congressional politicians, Fruitless investigations amounting to millions yeilding ZERO results, obstructing our President from ever getting anything done and the sullying of our sacred impeachment process, God Bless this Man.

As stated, he didn't have to leave his billionaire lifestyle to endure defamation, lies, slander and BS, he left it because he is at the point in his life where he wants to give back and what better way than President?

Trump is exactly what we need in this day and age, his results and actions speak for themselves, you people care too much about what others think, pay attention to yourself and our Country.

People seem to like Trump because he "gets things done" and "takes it to the libs."
To the former, he *does* get things done, but he does it at the expense of democracy. He, and many of his supporters, believe he can do *anything* he wants, Constitution and checks and balances be damned. He believes he has sole power, and can do whatever he wants, with no accountability, just like a dictator, or a king, which is exactly why we have the government and the checks and balances on power that we do. That is the danger.

During the primary, I thought Kasich was the most reasonable and level headed Republicans. He was also one of the first to drop out because he was polling so poorly. That is telling about the GOP, when combined with the fact that a demagogue like Trump got the nomination and won and is still supported by a largely ignorant base.

In many aspects, Trump rides the heels of Obama (economy, jobs), while both taking credit for and undoing things that affect us all: elimination of clean water/clean air standards, national monuments open to corporate development, and undermining who we are as a nation: travel bans, discrimination, the free press, hate, division, enemy of the people, little transparency, consolidation of executive power, coddling dictators and undermining, disparaging, and criticizing and severing our long held ties with allies.

He has no respect for America or the Constitution. He is a selfish POS that people rally around because MAGA and Libs Bad. That is the danger.

They exchanged info & as far as they knew, that was it. Later, they found that Trump had paid off their mortgage. I forget if it was Lou Dobbs or someone of that stature asked Trump if it was true and Trump verified it was true.

I can't tolerate a liar and idiot representing me. I thought Bush was bad, and I voted for him, but I had no idea how bad it could be until Trump.

Trump is not an idiot. If he was he could not have possibly accomplished a quarter of what he has done. He could not possibly have 90% support of Republicans, become a billionaire, and become president with ZERO political experience. Those are incredible accomplishments. To put it simply it puts him in the top 10 most successful people currently alive at a minimum. Nobody can do that without being smart.

Obama on the other hand was all style, but did a terrible job governing. He let the economy slow mightily, he surrendered to Iran, bowed to many of our enemies, but boy could he give a good speech.

Is that really what you prefer? If it is I submit you are only paying attention to the media, and not how your life is actually being affected by the president.

As far as Trump not doing what he says - I have no idea what you are talking about. You would be hard pressed to find one thing he promised he would do on the campaign he has not at least attempted to accomplish.
