Is violating the Impound Control Act a violation of the law and the oath to uphold the law that the President took when he was inaugurated?
Is soliciting a foreign agent for election aid a federal crime?
He didn't violate it... Also no one but a few regulators even heard of "Impound Control Act" before and now people like you are some kind of expert on it...lol geez.
The money was released before the end of the fiscal year... Oops no violation...

Oops, that wasn't the violation. They didn't inform Congress. That was the main violation. in fact the OMB instructed the Pentagon to not tell anyone.
Actually, Congress had to pass another bill to authorize the funds that didn't make it through on time.

It's not the story that provides proof. It's the OMB email to the Pentgon that the story cites that provides the proof you seek.

Well, the GAO disagrees with you. And, the few regulators, that are the ones authorizing congressional payments, are the ones we count on to follow the law that regulates their venue, and they should be the ones that care the most about following the law.

Strange language they both use. Obviously english (american) is neither parties native language.
Whats the difference between the actual transcipt and the one released?
