The first person that went in with symptoms of the virus, recovered. No cure.

Many have recovered from this virus already.... many have died. The only "cure" is your own body's immune system and the hand of God.

Except Chinese state propaganda is claiming it WAS a cure and not just a recovery.

We’ve verified on Chinese media, this isn’t a recovery case like the other ones, this is actually a case where the person was receiving some type of new treatment (undisclosed) and was allegedly genuinely cured.

The Twitter Source, in CWM's post also goes on to say.

Note that this is from Chinese state media.. so.. it is “official” but if it’s true- nobody can confirm that.

I think the CDC has more educated guesses than actual knowledge. They're working off what China allows as much as everyone else.

We won't really know until more open nations start to come to grips with it. The problem there is that China's nature may cause significant trouble for the rest of us.

Unless the chicken that whole foods and trader Joe's get from China is already a carrier....could also be a contamination thing with packaging foods.

That's why I wondered. You can lock down your capitol in a vain effort to keep a plague out as well as to keep it contained. There are stories of fortresses surviving the Black Death by doing it.

Look out intra-country travel looks like trying to keep your regime functioning in the heart of its power by locking the illness out as much as it does an attempt at containment when there is no work of stopping international travel.

It may be to late brother. IF it did go foodborne, this will be s SHTF scenario, in which it already is in some parts. The incubation period is the scariest part of this. People COULD have it and not even know, transmitting it to others they come into contact with.

That's the Chinese MSM if I'm not mistaken. Of course they would say they have a cure, ya know? Why wouldn't you say that?

It does make sense. They're trying to quell panic. This does jack for the illness except reassure people that "something" is being done. If society starts to break down, then there really is nothing that can be done.

I think you can patent what you genetically sequence, and if you use a pathogen as the backbone of a treatment, then you can patent what you use. It's possible the MERS patent was from a firm looking to develop a treatment against it, same with the SARS coronavirus patent.

I read on this forum those are expired patents. With the bug having lapsed, no money in the research.

Havent found the other two yet. But combined for Huanggang alone it could be as much 2000-2.500 infected
