Hypoglycemia needs boosting up sugarlevel.. sorry not all diabetics are type 2 what you are referring to. Everyone who is with insulin can have lows no matter are you type 1 or 2 and with hypoglycemia speed is they key. Glucagon can be injected too when having hypoglycemia it releases glucose from your own liver to your bloodstream( liver is a sugar storage in our system)

While we're talking abot sugar and type 2 diabetes - there was an interesting series of articles from a UK professor who specialises in type 2.

They have supposedly determined that type 2 occurs when you have enough fat around your liver that your liver malfunctions and starts to produce more glucose.

When you pregress further your pancreas gets swamped in fat and stops producing insulin.

The guy noticed that people who have undeergone gastric bypass surgery suddeny in 2 to 3 weeks (which is unheard of) went from off the charts blood sugar levels to normal.

It turns out (according to him and seems backed up by data) that the reason is after GB surgery they can't eat solid foods, and so are put on an 800 calorie a day liquid diet.

This rapid drop in calories means the body needs to burn fat to survive, and it chooses the most readily available fat - which just happens to be around the liver and pancreas.

The resulting drop in liver and pancreas fat causes the type 2 to disappear - the magic number (on average) is apparently 2 stone 5 pounds in weight loss - although will be different for everyone.

Just passing along what I thought was interesting info

EDIT - people doing this - 86% put their type 2 into remission.

BTW never recommend that to anyone who is with insulin care, type 1 get cetoacidosis which might kill them.

I agree with regard to the ketogenic diet, but IF, and short fasts of 2-4 days, again, can reap huge benefits. Of course, I would also recommend doing this with full cooperation of your doctor, but you might nbeed to change doctors and find one who understands that fasting is not dangerous when done properly, and also understands fasting/IF/autophagy.

There is no cure for type 1 diabetes. People have tried that and people have died of that, fasting is never good for type 1. It is very dangerous thing to recommend.

This is all correct, but apparently left out the easiest and safest way to engage the process of eliminating said fatty liver/pancreas/organs (it isn't just those two), as well as belly fat and other unhealthy body fat, is by fasting/IF, and intelligent use of the ketogenic diet - with all the caveats necessary for Type I diabetics and others who have serious blood sugar/insulin issues that must be monitored during such a course of action.

Most people, including Type II's, can do this safely and with minimal or no close monitoring, other than their own, especially if they require insulin injections or must otherwise closely monitor their blood sugar.

But, unless they are willing to change their eating habits - eliminate sugar and processed carbs from their diet (as close to zero as possible), they won't make any permanent progress.

Type 1 is a non functioning pancreas - incurable.

About glucose and virus & bacteria

It look`s like that it is important to know which type on infection someone have. Viral infection need glucose to help recover/survive. And bacterial infection need ketones ( fasting )

Source 1

Source 2

Does that make sense to you ?

What if have both viral and bacteria same time ?

Sugar seems to supress immunosystem. When new novel virus enter body the immuno system can freak out totally, and even cause death. So just wondering this....if notice that have viral symptoms would it be reasonable or not to start take both, all kinds of antimicrobials and glucose same time to 1. prevent bacterial infection 2. help body to combat virus giving some glucose ?

Honey is sweet and antibactial also...

Five German tourists in La Gomera (Canary Islands) may be infected, they are related to one of the cases within Germany. They've been quarantined.
www.canarias7.es...
I'm translating the summary:

Five people of German origin, who live together in a shared flat, have been isolated since wednesday evening "preventively" in the Señora de Gaudalupe Hospital for a "plausible" Coronavirus infection [...]. At least two of them have been in contact back in Germany with a patient diagnosed with the coronavirus [...]. The tourists will remain in the hospital and isolated until the result from the test comes out.

#, I'm from another one of the Canary Islands...

But hey, let's base entire economies around tourism, nothing bad will ever happen...

its a autoimmune disease, your own body defence destroys beta cells in pancreas, beta cells produce insulin.

Looks like preliminary tests on the cruise ship passengers are negative (good news), but more human to human transmission outside China is reported:

South Korea just joined Japan, Thailand and Germany in confirming human-to-human transmission of the virus...

www.zerohedge.com...

Edit because : the title of this article seems to infer initial testing is 'negative for a virus' aboard the ship, but the article itself is less straightforward. Sometimes Zerohedge can be a confusing source.

I thought they were working on a antibody they could force the immune system to recognize the beta cells as self again. I don’t even remember where I read it, it was awhile ago, the goal was to hopefully stop it early enough before the beta cells were completely wiped out so it could heal.

Type 1s love to forget to eat and then take their insulin as they get older ....Or you get the ones with really poor diets who send themselves into DKA with Kussmaul respiration’s.

Type 2s can be reversed to a point, once you cross that threshold there can be no turning back from the resistance and damage caused.

I’ve even seen diabetics confuse ketoacidosis with ketosis. One will kill you, the other I use to lose weight all the time lol.

Never say never. If it is done properly - baby steps, closely monitored, etc - who knows what can happen.

One other thing Type Is really really need is high dose Nicotinimide (B3), 1-2gms per day.

But I agree no one with Type I should ever attempt something like this without full cooperation and monitoring by their doc.

What about adding wing of bat and toe of frog?

Does that make it more effective?

Just catching up and was looking at the BNO tracker. The numbers of people serious or critical seems to be climbing significantly. The number "cured" also seems stubbornly low.

The confirmation of a case in India is also worrying, a place that has even worse public health than China!

Just an observation from the amount of videos on WeChat and Twitter.

It appears in many cities outside quarantine zone in China authorities are detaining people who don’t have masks on outside their homes. There are a lot of videos showing this daily.

Notice also they haven’t officially quarantined anymore cities? Maybe it’s a good sign. Maybe not. I hear from wife’s family in Shenzhen they are in something like a lockdown but people are allowed to go to work. Many are not.

Are they actually keeping track of those that have recovered, or just releasing them?
