Dershowitz just gave a crushing blow to the House and the Articles...

He ran out of time but he absolutely destroyed the definition of High Crimes.

He told the Senate to go check the Founders' debates themselves and they will come to the same conclusion he has on what impeachment was designed for, which isn't maladministration. I couldn't agree more.

According to Fox, Doug Jones is considering voting for acquittal... best move he can make. A vote for acquittal will go a long way toward getting him re-elected. I might vote for him even... if he votes for conviction after what I have heard so far, there's no way in Hades I'll vote for him.

He gave one of the best questions I have heard so far.

And it continues on....

This is the wackiest format I have ever seen...

Question for the managers....why didn't you take the administration to court?

OMG, Hershmann just destroyed the House's whole case on "nothing to see here in Burisma"...

You should watch it, it was epic! He totally called them out on their BS and flat out asked them if there was nothing to see here, how did you come to that conclusion? How is it that you didn't look at Joe Biden, Heinz's letter to the State Department, ignore the witness testimony, why didn't you ask for bank records... to determine if the President had any reason to investigate.

BOOM!

Exactly right. The house managers and the White House lawyers should be able to debate the answers with each other to each question posed.

Can't Adam Schiff be charged for perjury? 4 * in front of Congress and the American people he has said he does not know the Whistleblower.

Yet one time he accidentally put the whistleblowers name in a document, and then took it out 5 hours later.

Barack Obama withheld money from Ukraine for three long years, right when Russia was invading.

mobile.twitter.com...

Can he be retroactively impeached for withholding funds and colluding with Vladimir Putin to do so?

Schiff committed perjury 100% today.

They straight up made him tell his lies in front of the United States senate.

That is against the law.

When they ask for witnesses and "on both sides" is fine, this is what we will get. Democrats telling lies.

They should be prosecuted!

Lolz🤪

Yes, they should be prosecuted, but they can't be... not now anyway. The DoJ would have to be the prosecutor and that would be seen as a political attack by Trump. Now, if Trump is acquitted, especially if he is acquitted by a any Democrats, then it might be possible to go after Schiff and Nadler for not just perjury but sedition. The Senate as well, could open an investigation into their actions.

The best way to do this would be for the Senate to expose the goings-on in Ukraine with Hunter Biden, then Trump's DoJ to get involved on that basis. That would pull Shiff and Nadler in as well. Perjury would be the least of their worries then, and Trump wouldn't take as big a political hit.

Has anyone noticed that Trump has said nothing about the Ukraine investigations since this started? There's a reason for that...

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we're going to have witnesses. Mitch McConnell says he now has enough Republicans and Democrats to avoid witness testimony.

I sure hope President Trump directs attorney general Barr to investigate The Whistleblower hoax. When he uncovers the truth, the house impeachment will be cancelled and removed from all records.
