Can't Adam Schiff be charged for perjury? 4 * in front of Congress and the American people he has said he does not know the Whistleblower.
Yet one time he accidentally put the whistleblowers name in a document, and then took it out 5 hours later.

Yes, they should be prosecuted, but they can't be... not now anyway. The DoJ would have to be the prosecutor and that would be seen as a political attack by Trump. Now, if Trump is acquitted, especially if he is acquitted by a any Democrats, then it might be possible to go after Schiff and Nadler for not just perjury but sedition. The Senate as well, could open an investigation into their actions.
The best way to do this would be for the Senate to expose the goings-on in Ukraine with Hunter Biden, then Trump's DoJ to get involved on that basis. That would pull Shiff and Nadler in as well. Perjury would be the least of their worries then, and Trump wouldn't take as big a political hit.
Has anyone noticed that Trump has said nothing about the Ukraine investigations since this started? There's a reason for that...
