Naval Intelligence Admits To Possessing "SECRET" Tic Tac Video

I just read a blog article, that was mentioned on a thread on reddit. This article was released today and it was written by Paul Dean. He states that a friend of his submitted a FOIA request to to the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) for "all releasable portions of records and reports related to investigation of the detection of and encounter(s) with Anomalous Aerial Vehicles (AAVs) by personnel involved with the Nimitz Carrier Strike Group (CSG) operations off the western coast of the United States during the period of approximately 10-16 November, 2004."

According to Dean, on December 9th, 2019, ONI responded to his friend with the following letter:




Obviously, the video, that's classified "SECRET" in this letter, could be the one we all have already seen, or it could be referring to the 7 to 10 minute, higher quality version that was talked about here:

Jason Turner says that the FLIR video we’ve all seen of the Tic Tac is nowhere near the quality of what he saw. What he watched was crystal clear.

It’s the same video. This is actually the very beginning of the full video that I saw – the seven to ten minute long video – and you see there where he’s switching between different views…when you see the Tic Tac change color. When it was white, that is when you could really see the bottom, the things protruding out the bottom of it. And then, once you see it where it takes off and goes to the left. That is when they started chasing this thing. And then it was making maneuvers that no human being could ever survive. The g-forces that would be put on these people would just…you would die…instantly. And then being in these… you know, the jets, the fighter jets and not being able to keep up with them at all. That’s mind-blowing.”

the ONI admits to possessing a video which is currently classified “SECRET”. Again, the ONI has no authority to declassify it, but they did at least confess to who does. The originating agency is acknowledged as the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR).

it is important, I think, to reiterate that this material classified TOP SECRET, and we don’t even know who by. The Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA)? A successor to the elusive Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP)? Whatever the situation, we can say that it relates to USS Nimitz’s UFO encounter of November, 2004.

Strangely I've actually started to move away from believing that this wasn't an American military craft. I know what we've seen on video is something we don't know how to do. Something that we couldn't do etc but there is that part of me let's say the skeptic part of me is starting to think that this is a test, a public reaction test. I really don't think this is an alien craft I believe that it is a set up either faked or maybe used with a craft we actually built (keep in mind it was once said that the military technology is usually between thirty and fifty years of what's public) and are gaging peoples reaction. Can't prove it but I just believe it is.

I also feel the same about Nick Pope, if there was ever a face of disinformation it belongs on his head.

They will release it when we are in diapers and don’t give a sh!t anymore.

Good points, but IMO these pilots and military personnel witnessed a technology that is far greater than any black op project that currently exists on this planet.

That's the same carrier in the movie "The Final Countdown".

Great movie by the way.

I think it was a plasma radar spoofing tool that was projected from a submerged object. Being tested on the navy.

Didn’t the navy release a patent recently of a craft that matched the tic tacs flight characteristics ?

That might explain how the "object" was able to move to the pre-determined rally point, that is too much of a coincidence, whatever was controlling the object/spoofing/mermaid had knowledge of data that was privileged and only determined just prior to Cmdr. Fraver's flight. At least this is how I understand how some of the events that day transpired.

Nope...the cats out of the bag,No way it goes back in save a global re-set or cataclysm.

The books are almost all gone now....ten-twenty more years and more books will be gone and then all they have to do is deny the internet and everyone goes back into the dark ages.

I assume we have to trust Fravor's word - after all, he is the star and main focus of the entire story.

It's mandated misinformation that even these pilots are wittingly or unwittingly participating in when the meme of "the G forces would have killed any human pilot". This tidbit is stereotyped ad nauseum. The object does those maneuvers because it's mass has been reduced to nil, and this is why the rest of this is still classified Top Secret.

It explains the range and speed of movement, and the submerged object as well. It would need to be projected from somewhere and an underwater source would be ideal.

They also give off heat. You could have a bunch of these floating in the water projecting these plasma radar targets and it would make a good target for a missile. Or even steer them in front of incoming ICBMs.

Just looking at the details of the case it seems likely to me.

The Fravor interview seems pretty convincing to me. As I've said and posted before. This interview and commentary by Fravor is probably the very best ET evidence I've ever experienced:



Don't ignore this interview. There are key moments that are very profound like when he talks about how fast it accelerated away compared to an SR-71. This interview changed my whole opinion on the tic-tac video.

OK we have a statement as part of the letter quoted.....

We have also determined that ONI possesses a video classified SECRET that ONI is not the Original Classification Authority for. ONI has forwarded your request to Naval Air Systems Command to make a determination on releasability…”

So ONI possess a video that is deemed above "classified" yet below "top secret".

So Paul Dean certainly doesn't pretend to know what it contains.
