Should be thrown away. Chain of custody for one. According to rules case is set because all that was needed is there, otherwise it isn't supposed to happen.

The Senate is not a fact finding venue, but it is the place where the house gets to place blame for failure to be fair.

Including Rudy though seems to be a mistake - now he can be called legitimately.

The Senate trial can be a REAL MOAB if Republicans and the Trump team play their cards right. (Assuming Rudy and Q are correct.)

Good afternoon, Sufi.

The problem with the Rush link is that Rush isn't a network anchor. He is the host of a radio broadcast. Minor difference I suppose, but he isn't really an "anchor" in the sense that there aren't any other broadcasters on his platform. It's just him.

I would think that the unexpected absence would be more applicable to Shepherd Smith. Who, by the way, just announced he is potentially taking a job with MSNBC. For awhile there he kept taking unexpected leaves of absence and was just missing from the broadcast several times in the leadup to his announcement he was leaving FOX news.

I'm thinking the U.S. has acquired off-world technology that it's testing/refining. Revealing it would be "gravely damaging" to U.S. security. A hostile country could obtain it and cause WWIII, or at least a lot of destruction.

There are hundreds of TV Anchors. I assume it would be one who is on a NATIONAL network...and not one at ABC-7 in Green Bay, Wisconsin? It's nice to have a SOLID marker like this...something concrete to look for.

Once the impeachment articles are delivered & presented by the managers doesn't Judge Roberts have the power to dismiss the whole charade, no trial, game over, thanks for playing?

If there is a trial does that mean Bernie & the whole crew running in the Pres race must be present for the entire duration?

Not only that, but Rush is off air quite often, so his absences are never really all that unexpected. They're just part of the game.

I'd look for someone who almost NEVER misses to be gone without explanation.

Justice Roberts CAN dismiss the two impeachment articles for not fitting the "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" requirement, IF Team Trump or Mitch McConnell ask him to consider doing so, in the next few days.

Bernie, Warren, and this other Senator whose name I can't recall, must attend the Senate trial every day. The trial runs 6 days a week. (Sunday off for prayer.)
