I have always loved this art of nature, but have never seen it anywhere except in videos.
Has anyone ever tried this? have you seen these anywhere?

I've seen tons of these and never saw who made them. It's impressive art that I imagined lost to the ages, but perhaps to some immigrants who carry old techniques in their family (so I imagined.) It requires incredible patience, focus, discipline and, I think, intuition to accomplish such feats as these.

So cool! I'll have to try this some day and hope they all don't come tumbling down is a hurry.

I just thought of something...using small stones to balance, but cheat and glue them together. That would make a unique gift for someone who would appreciate such things.

I've never tried this Night! Looks like a good way to get something smashed when one falls off unexpectedly.
I would definitely keep my toes clear.

You know what?

Was watching this ladys vid yesterday actually, this very vid. She got some skills. To bad though its kind of like building sandcasles on the beach. Once the tides come in, it washes it all way.

Now maybe, if bigger and much more massive stones were used...There weight and size alone should keep them up much longer. But it would be a pain to get them up there and place them perfectly, you would need a forklift or better yet a crane.

But ya. That is one strange hobby for sure. She also does some sort of folk singing, I think, or maybe another girl, though pretty sure I seen some vids or her doing some singing, but that was a few years ago. Kind of forgot by now. Either way, balancing those stones, even if they dont last long, is pretty impressive.

I'm surprised there hasn't been anyone to come along and talk about how bad this is because it destroys ecosystems and how evil mankind is.

I follow her channel on youtube. Wonderful lady!

Yes, it is like sandcastles on a beach. It brings a little magic while it lasts.
