A Riddle challenge but with a twist

I would like to offer a riddle challenge but in order to see the riddle you'll first need to decipher it using an ancient technique called the "Caesar cipher" method which uses 25 keys. You need to find the right key in order to decipher the riddle.


After finding the right key the riddle will then be deciphered into an Elvish language


You will have to translate the Elvish language into English (one word at a time) using an online elvish dictionary . After the riddle has been translated you can share your answer.

The Riddle:

A movie? The stars? Lots of things.

I think the usual answer is a shadow.
