I dropped out of film school to edit video for the conspiracy theorist because I believed in his worldview. Then I saw what it did to people.

I started to follow Alex Jones around the same time as the author of this article.
I realized the MSM wasn't being truthful about the whole 911 fiasco
and was looking fer a credible news source.
At first, he made sense to me. Alex has a way of drawing people in.
As time went on, I realized he was a fear mongering liar
that was pushing his line of survival products.
I have watched him recently on the JRE podcast.
Alex is entertaining in the way watching a race car accident is entertaining
or watching a family member you disagree with lose their mind when you don't agree with their point of view.
I suspect this is why Joe has him on the podcast.

I applaud the author’s change of heart, transparency and willingness to expose his complicity.

Personally I think he's using his personality to make money. I don't think he's altruistic or seeking the truth above making dough.

I believe the market Alex is mining is the human desire to understand
and engage with our world, and his angle, unfortunately, is to
pander to the worst of human impulses.

I don't watch Alex any more, haven't for years really, but I do miss the old Alex that sneaked onto Bohemian Grove property with a video camera and followed around the Bilderberg meetings so long ago!

He's entertainment, like Maddow. Both are equally liable to tell the truth as they pander to their base and tell them what they want to hear.

Everyone on ATS should read this article. Then reflect. Does this sound at all familiar? Does it sound like ATS?

I read at him ages ago as well. I found that he spoke about things on a more existential level than most other voices squeaking through the corporate media information blockade. But lasted only a short while for me. Soon enough I could see that he had grabbed some level of world insight but had run with it for his own money schemes and that was it for me.

Why does he look 15 years older..
CBC took your beer.

Alex has got Roid rage.

Edit: I read he might be using his personality to make money.

I read this from someone I trust.

I'm not making a Stink about it. I just really like to be a Stinker.

Alex Jones is the same as Fox News, Rush, Ben Shapiro, etc.

Lies for gullible people to believe in. It’s a shame there’s actually people out there that believe because something is counter to the MSM, it’s the truth.

It’s a part of life I guess. If there weren’t dumb Fox news viewers who would buy Rapture insurance? Or send all their gold to TV preachers?

Or buy lead filled supplements from an angry screaming alcoholic?

You are referring to probably less than 1% of the nation in your rant.

Question:
How many years did you believe the Russian collusion nonsense?

You can't really act like you're line of thinking is superior when you are guilty of believing in similar nonsense. Just sayin...

The article reads like this person was a liberal and liked alex Jones when he was against president bush but doesn’t like him now because of Obama, Hillary and his support of trump. The article hits BS for me when the author try’s to say at 23 he was impressionable and that jones somehow exploited him. Like it’s was jones fault the author quit college to work for jones to be an editor. It’s almost like the author doesn’t understand or blames Alex for being deplatformed when the reality is pretty much any right wing show has been deplatformed on YouTube. Him claiming it had anything to do with sandy hook is disingenuous and there have been others who didn’t discuss sandy hook and got axed by YouTube.

I didn’t read the whole thing like I probably should have because of how the author reaches to find fault with Alex.
