Yeah, well, instead of considering that climate IS changing and causing problems that will need facing, it's easier to speculate about time travel or mock the media's chosen child and speculate on her motives and mental state because the majority of humans are infinitely more sane as they ignore the near unanimous consensus that our entire ecosystem is going belly up faster than most expected when the problems were identified 50 friggan years ago.

Oh, and she yelled like an autistic meany in the UN and the whole biologic problem is a scam, somehow ... so strike up the fiddle so we can go to our graves with sub par music as the soundtrack!

Anyway, here's a .gif. You line up the eyes as a baseline since they can't be shifted, and compare the rest. To me, it looks like modern Greta's ears are lower and her brow is more rounded. Larger nose, too.
