Gavin Newsom Fails

I was just so tickled to find this and if it's already been posted to bad
because the search engine sucks. Trump is on the Ca. ballot just as I
thought he would be. Despite the hypocrisy of Gavin Newsom's law
that tried to force candidates ( Particularly Donald Trump ) to turn
over their tax returns. Or be left off the Ca. ballot in 2020. A judge
on the California supreme court ruled the law unconstitutional at
both state and federal levels.

For years, Democrats have tried to force President Trump to disclose his tax returns, and Trump has resisted. The California Legislature, aiming at the president, passed a law this year to try to force Trump’s hand.

None of the candidates have submitted 5 years of tax returns. None would have been on the ballot. I'm ok with that. Totally eliminate CA from voting for President.

Yeah, I'm just joking like this joke of a law. They all want to see his tax returns but have not given their returns up so it's really the trifecta of political stupidity. Pass an illegal law to cause political damage to your opponent but also, refuse to follow your own stupid illegal law.

I really think California would be happier as its own country. When can we divorce them already?

OMG, you mean he has the same right to privacy you do? That's un American.

Rather than continue with the 3 year tantrum, here's an idea. Get your representatives to draft a new law that all elected officials MUST show their tax returns since age 16 in order to qualify for the nomination. That's kind of a joke because your representatives are too damn busy trying to draft articles of Impeachment that will be ignored by the US Senate. But I bet they make you happy with the job they are doing.

Did you forget that California passed a law that whoever wins the popular vote wins California? Stupidest thing they could've done. When Trump wins the popular vote and gets Cali it's going to be hilarious.

Oh man, if only.

The truth is, if Trump were to actually win the popular vote in CA, despite they're law, they would claim election fraud and use some form of twisted logic to say it wasn't valid. Additionally, when Trump looses CA, as I'm sure he will, this goes straight to the SC.

if trump is excluded from the california ballot for " failining to present tax returns "

then IF the democrat candidate fails to present thier tax returns

then the california ballot is void

and as the largest population [ of any single state ]

its going to put a far bigger hole in the dems " national popular vote "

or rob them of 55 EC votes - if the idiocy gave the EC votes to trump - that would be sublime hilarity
