What about this perspective. 2nd amendment, right to bear arms, form a militia to protect your rights.
So some-one wants to take your guns. Thinks, lets do a dry run (of course the alleged perpetrator will be un-armed in case of accidental deaths) to
see how fast the "militia" can congregate to oppose us. So it seems with this case (with all his tweets and calls for help) the "militia" types were
so slow to attend they weren't even there. That's called a controlled situation with good results.
Now a serious question:- at what point does a constitutional legally gathered armed militia, to fight the governments tyranny, become an illegal riot?
