Well, looks like my last response didn't go through. But that's an excellent point.

Both sides turn everything into political footballs. They do it with non issues, and things that don't need to be prioritized, but basically anything with traction or that has the ability to smear the opponent.

The fact 99% of politicians and commentators are silent on this should be telling.

Pretty much. These folks have their own insulated culture and are unconcerned about the laws and morals of the unwashed masses. They pretend to address the issues of the common people, but only to get votes, if they're in public office. Otherwise, their reality is not the same as ours.

I can't believe anybody would think that this would be the clintons or anyone else it's kind of clear that this was about Trump. Trump has a tendency to say other people do what he actually does. You're an idealist if you think that there are governments and intelligence agencies around the world that are free from corruption. Sometimes the truth comes out and a few "powerful" people are prosecuted for their crimes, but for the most part, the rich and elite rule the world. They pay people to cover up their crimes, by hiding the truth and eliminating people who threaten to expose them. That's the way it always has been and the way it will always be. I don't see that ever changing.

Of course I can understand that their grip on power is firm. As I mentioned in the OP it can well be that it is an international operation, an international intelligence operation with intelligence agencies from many significant nations like the UK, USA, Germany, France....Isreal..working in the background and using this as a tool for their global control. They selected the perfect candidate (epstein, dutroux, saville, brunel) for managing the supply and excecution of the operation. They don't like it, but maybe they discovered that it is the only effective way to "own" important makers, movers and shakers on our planet. Maybe the DoJ should roast Acosta some more about what he meant with...above his paygrade..epstein is intelligence.

But of course..you are right. For the justice department to take that road some power equal or greater than that the guilty have will be requiered.
