Rel, I've heard the authorities in the UK have used unmarked helicopters to harass and observe people. Not sure how much truth there is in those stories ... glad that it appears to not have been a problem.

About a decade ago I was harassed by helicopters over my rural home on a weekly basis for many months. Once he was low enough for me and my friends to see this stupid idiot grin on his face. we never saw him again after that

We actually have an ongoing crisis with people round these parts reporting “unmarked white vans” and spreading photos/fearful speculations all over social media, so much so that our local news stations have put out stories reminding us that Amazon/FedEX etc have a larger load around the holidays with deliveries and have hired temp help with accommodating the load.

Every one reported in our area turned out to be helping deliver orders.... and many working well into the night 10-11pm sometimes.

Not sure if that’s how it works across the pond, but, just hoping to offer a comforting explanation!

The trafficking and abduction issue that is very real and becoming more known, has people on edge. Every year there is the occasional “there’s a strange truck in the neighborhood” concern, but this year it is just thru the roof as tensions are obviously high.

I bet they left a fruitcake at your neighbors place.

About a year ago or more I had a creepy white van parked in front of my place for over a week in a place where that just doesn't happen much. I was getting pretty paranoid until I figured out who it belonged to.
