Re Q3700 - a few points:

1) The chan post number encodes Dec 17th - reading/adding left to right... therefore I think a document will get released within 12 hours leaving 24 hours for people to get over the shock enough to then take in what Barr has to say at 7pm Wednesday?

2) Look closely at the picture of Bill Barr... usually there is a hint of fire in his eyes but this shot deliberately makes him look calm, confidant and soothing/comforting.

However, Boris was Foreign Secretary from 13 July 2016 – 9 July 2018 and I think that lines up quite well with all the FISAs?

Thanks for educating me on Boris Johnson. From the way people took to him, I thought he was an "outsider", like Donald Trump. The FISA and renewals spanned from October 2016 thru May 2017.

Seeing as that has to do with electricity and the first time LIGHTS were ON the Tree... maybe today something will have some LIGHT shed on it?

I’m wondering if Flynn’s next move is an appeal after this judge rules? It seems the sentence was going to be probation. His attorney is pretty aggressive so it seems dismissal is her target.

I was defending a client in a civil case once that had about 15 other corporate defendants. I wrote a motion to dismiss for one of my client's products (it was a multiple product liability case). All the other big-law firm defense lawyers said it would never work, the theory was untested, don't bother blah blah blah.

The judge granted my motion, much to all these braniacs' surprise, dismissing the main claims against my client from the case. Huge win, landmark ruling.

Within two weeks *every single defendant* had filed the same motion. Some just said "we adopt the arguments made by Lance Corvette" but some were literal word for word copies of my work.

It was flattering and I didn't really give a hoot. We laughed as the motions came into the office with our word-for-word arguments from the "It'll never work!" people.

That kind of copying doesn't need, and in my experience never gets, attribution, who cares, we won the issue, why recreate the wheel when it's already been done successfully. As for "copying" ones own prior court briefs, does that even need an explanation as to why you don't need to attribute?

One must cite / quote to published works of another author. If you copy from your co-counsel's brief, no one really cares for attribution. The purpose of giving citations to the court is (a) you shouldn't copy others' published work; and (b) if the work is authoritative (higher court, published expert treaty or law review article, that sort of thing), the court and opposing counsel need to be able to verify it.

Same here on landline and cell lol even had one with 17 as the caller ID .... boy I was tempted to answer lol I figured if MI wants to get in touch they can land a helo in my backyard the LZ is clear.

The misc - no number calls I have answered - nobody/nothing on other side of call. Just one after another than a day or two nothing .. then calls again.

But I don't answer the phone like most people do, in fact I hardly answer it at all unless it is one of 6 people. Just because a bell rings doesn't mean squat to me - never has and never will.
