What a paradoxical conundrum Pope Francis is in. On the one hand, as a Jesuit, he vowed to obey and to serve the Pope unequivocally and unquestionably; on the other, he has also vowed to "...unhesitatingly obey each and every command that I may receive from my superiors in the Militia of the Pope and of Jesus Christ."

I'm confused as to how Art 2 Section 3 of the Constitution covers that?

Article 2 - The Executive Branch
Section 3 - State of the Union, Convening Congress

I have put some thought into this issue, and currently the 'left' don't need to meme, per se, because they control the MSM and the (google … facebook … twitter … youtube) filters; so, can control the narrative.

Memes are most helpful to go against the narrative in a visual way, in order to avoid the filters that would pluck them out of the discourse. Just my opinion, but the left won't need to meme very well until after they lose the MSM (and all the other filters) … then they will be the underdogs, for whom memes are most effective.
