Its Looking Like Schiff - Vindman - Ciaramella Conspired to Impeach President Trump.

U.S. House Intelligence Committee chairman, Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) didn't allow Republicans to ask key questions when Colonel Alexander Vindman testified during the Closed session phase of President Trump's impeachment inquiry hearing.

Nor does Adam Schiff want Colonel Vindman to testify in the Open/Public session phase, which starts this coming Wednesday.

-AND-

Even though it's not legally mandated, Adam Schiff is going to great lengths to keep the Whistleblower's identity secret, even though the entire planet now knows that it's probably former National Security Counsel (NSC) staffer, Eric Ciaramella.

Now we learn that Alexander Vindman and Eric Ciaramella are working together professionally.

Put it all together, and it looking more like Rep. Adam Schiff devised, and is now orchestrating, this attempt to have a sitting U.S. President Impeached and ultimately removed from office!

Outside of that issue though, there are other questions involving the whistle-blower (reported to be Eric Ciaramella).

We know he was NOT legally privy to anything on the telephone call between Trump and Zelensky, which is the genesis for this impeachment inquiry.

That means whoever gave him the contents was illegally leaking classified information. Perhaps the whistle-blower himself is protected by statute for simply passing that information along, but whoever gave it to him certainly isn’t protected from being criminally charged.

That leads us to Alexander Vindman. He’s become a central figure in these discussions after he marched up to Capitol Hill, proclaiming himself a patriot, and shared all his deep concerns about Donald Trump.

He accused the President of “subverting” U.S. foreign policy, which gives you a window into the perverted minds of some of these bureaucrats that assume it is they who actually run things.

It’s been suspected that Vindman was the one who leaked to the whistle-blower and now that his testimony has been released, it seems fairly certain. Check out these excerpts and see what you notice.

House Intel Committee Republicans have to submit their list of desired witnesses for the Open Hearings next week, to chairman Schiff by tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. I wonder if Alexander Vindman and Eric Ciaramella will be on the list?

And speaking of Eric Ciaramella, there are hints that he will be "called out" in the big FISA Spygate report that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz is putting the finishing touches on.

Also, it's curious to me why Adam Schiff doesn't want President Trump's personal lawyer (and former NYC mayor) Rudy Giuliani to testify. Giuliani's name was mentioned more than 500 times in just 2 witness transcripts released this week. The media keeps saying, "Giuliani is central to what went on with Trump-Ukraine", but none of them are wondering why Schiff is not trying to question Rudy.

Next week's public phase of the Trump Impeachment Inquiry hearings should be filled with fireworks and revelations!

CNN (Anderson Cooper) was lamenting tonight, "If there's anything Trump does well, it's knowing how to get the most out of televised events. He's probably advising Republicans on how to beat down Schiff's witnesses while millions of people are watching."

The whistleblower’s information was reviewed by the IC independent counsel found to have merit and was passed on to the Intelligence Committee.

More than a dozen individuals have corroborated that testimony.

Only a zealot can continue to deny the mounting evidence against Trump and his Administration.

I see advocates on ATS every day for ignoring, contravening or downright trampling the Constitution.

You can play semantics on your own. You are as aware as I am that in the context we are speaking within that “Americans” refers generically to citizens of the United States of AMERICA which we all are regardless of political affiliation.

In fact, a decent argument could be made that since you are damning a group of people, calling them our enemies and for punishment based on their political affiliation (which is the right of assembly and association in the First Amendment which you might have passed on your way to the Second) so in fact, it is you who are trying to violate the Constitution without due process (found in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments).

I agree. Go gettem boys. Our OP is sure this information from these two information outlets is accurate so I say go gettem. Trump should be all over this so as this is Friday, we can expect a ton of tweets over the weekend with him promising quick and decisive action come first thing Monday morning..

If Trump does not act to energize the full extent of his power immediately we should all hold him directly responsible for it not happening. It's all in his hands now so go gettem Trump.
